Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / The synthesis of a series of β-enamines compounds [R2C(O)CH=C(R1)NR3R4, where R2 = CF3, CCl3, CHCl2; R3/R4 = H/Ph, H/4-F-C6H4, H/CH2Ph, H/CH2CH2OH, Me/Ph, Me/n-Bu, Et/ Et, -(CH2)4-, Me/Me] from the reaction of β-alkoxyvinyl halomethyl ketones with amines in solvent free conditions is reported. This reactional conditions showed the improvement in yields, decrease in the reaction time, and low cost of the reagents. In this work it was also accomplished a study about the synthetic potential of 4-metoxy-1,1-dichloro-3-penten-2-one as a CCC block in cyclizations [3+2] with hydrazine hydrochloride, phenylhydrazine hydrochloride, semicarbazide hydrochloride, aminoguanidine hydrochloride, and dimethylhydrazine dihydrochloride to leave to a series of 5-dichloromethyl-3-methyl-1Hpyrazoles. / Este trabalho apresenta a síntese de uma série de β- enamino compostos [R2C(O)CH=C(R1)NR3R4, onde R2 = CF3, CCl3, CHCl2; R3/R4 = H/Ph, H/4-F-C6H4, H/CH2Ph , H/CH2CH2OH, Me/Ph, Me/n-Bu, Et/Et, -(CH2)4-, Me/Me] a partir da reação de β-alcoxivinil halometil cetonas com a correspondente amina, sem a utilização de solvente. A otimização do processo é evidenciada nos rendimentos obtidos e, em alguns casos, importante diminuição no tempo reacional bem como no custo dos reagentes precursores. Também é abordado nesse trabalho um estudo do potencial sintético da 4-metoxi-1,1-dicloro-3-penten-2-ona na síntese de uma série de 5-diclorometil-3-metil-1H-pirazóis, através da reação com cloridrato de hidrazina, cloridrato de fenilidrazina, cloridrato de semicarbazida, cloridrato de aminoguanidina e dicloridrato de dimetilidrazina.
