Současná situace v oblasti VOD služeb a jejich vliv na audiovizuální průmysl / Actual Situation in the Field of VOD Services and Their Effect on the Cinema Industry

This thesis maps the phenomenon of the on-demand audiovisual media services (hereafter VOD), which in today's world often represents a frequently discussed topic, which moves the world of the audiovisual industry and changes the traditional distribution models. The thesis follows the current situation and the future prospects in this field and seeks to analyse the impact of the VOD services on the traditional audiovisual industry. The first part introduces the context of issues of the VOD and furthermore gradually pays attention to the VOD service providers, impacts of the VOD services on the audiovisual 'ecosystem', new distribution strategies, changes in user habits, the influence the VOD has on the classical movie theatres and finally the role of today's viewer and the newly resulted pitfalls and opportunities. The thesis concentrates primarily on the Czech market, which is to be understood in the context of the entire European Union but at the same time cannot ignore even the strongest VOD player, which have their original forts in the United States. Besides the sources available traditionally, the important source of relevant information have been personal interviews with professionals from the film distribution industry mostly.

In regards with this I touch on the problematics of self-control. Týmová spolupráce při zvukové postprodukci audiovizuálního díla / Teamwork in sound postproduction of audiovisual work

The main goal of this thesis is to describe psychological principles in general, which brings good function of teamwork. For successful leadership of team is very important not only good knowledge of those principles, but one has to know how them apply into specific environment of sound postproduction. The first third of thesis speaks generally about socio-psychological relationships inside team as the unit and describes main principles of its function. Second two third of thesis analyse sound supervisor as a team leader and specify his work activity, for example how he should correctly create team and coordinate it. In next chapters is described specific environment of sound postproduction and is created model of ideal team in the sense of good function. Then, are described differences between temporal and long-lasting teams. By comparing their characteristics with solitaire model of work, one can tell which are the most suitable solutions for environment of sound postproduction. Final comparing of ideal and theoretical model with everyday reality closes whole thesis.

This master’s thesis deals with the interpretation of the sčasování and spletna, two of the key musical theoretical concepts of Leoš Janáček (1854-1928). The first half of the text is trying to term of sčasování and many of related terms with him to approach from the standpoint of Janáček's theoretical texts and studies by leading Czech musicologists. Also here we highlight the elaboration of the concept in the form of a discipline called musical kinetics, and all formal knowledge of the sčasování here are in the form of dictionary watchword. The goal of the second half of the work is to map the content of the concept spletna and related concepts within terms pocit and pacit and point out that their development in Janáček's creative thinking. Also here is a theoretical work of Janacek's like the basic assumption for our interpretation on which the findings are based on our comments to the reflection spletna for a number of Czech and foreign authors. Even with terms of spletna, pocit and pacit, we evidence clarification of these terms, that will be in the form of the real and the imaginary tone, which characterized Karel Janeček. The main benefit of the work is to bring the music of Janáček's central theoretical expressions in the form of today's musical terminology and hold all-encompassing terms and their interference to modern theoretical research. Using the description of the concepts we examined we also had a chance to point out some interesting moments in the composer's theoretical thinking.

The diploma thesis on Historical and current varietal assortment of Echinacea Moench and their evaluation in the climatic conditions of the Central European thermophyticum summarizes the complete assortment development. The genus itself has 10 species and several varieties. the original location, North America with scattered areas of occurrence. Among the basic observed features of the assortment were the coloring of inflorescences, leaves, stems and subsequent comparison with RHS Color Chard standards. The stand height, leaf length, inflorescence diameter and radiant flowers were also evaluated and compared. The observation was done in two places and the results were summarized. Among the overflows of several plants, two were chosen as hopeful, for overgrowth.
