This diploma thesis is focused on development and production of functional parts and new materials for the purpose of supporting educational website www.studiumchemie.cz on evaluation of its operation. The changes were made in graphical, structural and functional parts of website, which were designed based on the analysis of behavior of visitors to the website and by direct reaction of visitors. Changes were related to structure of database of chemical experiments or creating new features for registered users, such as evaluation of materials or personification of user profile. In cooperation with specialists have been incorporated several new materials, focusing on the issues of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). In addition to that, two new games have been prepared - Chemical pentathlon and Identify molecules. New materials should be used to expand the portfolio of educational materials on the website. Furthermore, the administration interface has been created and designed to meet the needs of editorial contributors site without prior programming experience. Evaluation of the statistics associated with the operation of the site showed that web traffic continues to grow. The thesis is dedicated to the proper virtual economy setup of Massive Multiplayer Online Game to make the game competitive in this area to other products on the market. In addition to setting the economy on the example thesis includes a market analysis of computer and console games, comparison of virtual economy with real and comparison of the selected virtual economies based on defined criteria. The primary goal is to make a procedure for setting up the virtual economy and its verification. Another goals are the analysis of the games market, comparison of the games market economies and a demonstration of web game making. Game making is depended on its feasibility analysis, which is also included in the thesis. The work also verify the correctness of the settings according to the defined criteria.

This Diploma thesis dealing with the author's creation was written in relation to human personality. The goal of the thesis is to determine student's motivation to author's reading. Further goal is a description of student's needs and area of progress of their personality. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part the author describes the author's reading, including self - reflection and psychosomatics condition. Further there is description of human personality generally and also description of teacher's personality with focus on teacher's motivation, personality trait and voluntary characteristics, self - regulation characteristics - self-awareness, self-knowledge, self-assessment, self-criticism, conscience, self-concept and self-concept. Last part of theoretical part is about dynamical characteristics, temperament, performance characteristics and special characteristics. The practical part is basically a qualitative study which is further divided into two parts. The first part is concerned with analysis of semistructured interviews, the second part with analysis of student's self-reflections. Summary and comparison of the research results and author's own case study are at the end of the thesis. Subject of discussion is comparison to results of Bachelor thesis (2015) and results currently research.

The subject of this thesis is the contemporary British drama. Firstly the thesis performs a brief excursion into the context of the origin of the plays. It summarises the basic facts about the British theatre system, the development of British criticism and of the British association of the critics The Critics' Circle. The thesis deals with the plays awarded with The Critics' Circle Theatre Award for the best new play between years 2000 and 2010. These are Blue / Orange by Joe Penhall, Humble Boy Charlotte Jones, The York Realist by Peter Gill, Democracy by Michael Frayn, The History Boys by Alan Bennett, Harvest by Richard Bean, Rock'n'Roll by Tom Stoppard, A Disappearing Number by Simon McBurney and Complicite, August: Osage County by Tracy Letts, Jerusalem by Jez Butterworth, and Clybourne Park by Bruce Norris. Subsequently, based on the overall analysis of all eleven awarded plays the thesis gives the assessment of their common features in terms of dramatic form and also in the terms of theme. Finally it deals with the British as well as Czech critical reflections of the particular plays. It attempts to draw conclusions about the nature of contemporary British drama in relation to the British criticism.

The work includes the possibility of using land consolidation as a tool for good game management. Furthermore, the work deals with subsidies relating to this issue, Bio-belts, and other measures for the creation and protection of the environment.

K tomu, abych ilustrovala jak se stejný příběh výrazně mění v závislosti na zemi původu, použiji příkladu Abre Los Ojos (Otevři oči, Španělsko, 1997) a jeho remake-u Vanilla Sky (Vanilkové nebe, USA, 2001). Cílem mé práce není dokazování které zpracování je lepší, ale spíše poukazování na skutečnost, že rozdíly jsou důsledkem rozdílné ideologické a kinematografické tradice. Nejprve budu psát o typech nových filmových zpracování, a o tom proč Hollywood předělává evropské filmy. Pak začnu porovnávat hlavní postavy obou filmů a ukáži jak odrážejí sociálně-behaviorální normy dle země původu. Poté budu pokračovat s dalšími kulturními rozdíly, které jsou patrné v jazyce, kinematografii, střihu, hudbě, herectví a režii. Hlavní sociologický, tím pádem i kinematografický rozdíl, který je přítomný ve všech aspektech a sekcích těchto filmů je ten, že zatímco Abre los Ojos se zabývá vnitřním zápasem protagonistů, Vanilla Sky je milostný film. Tento rozdíl v tématu odhaluje mnoho o preferencích v Evropě a v Americe.

The thesis deals with the theme of awarding Oscars by the American film academy and films that were awarded in the sound categories. The first part is about the history of the Academy and the voting system concerning nominations and the winning films. The second part includes an analysis of the sound components of the chosen films that were awarded. The aim is to monitor the development of the sound during the course of almost 85 years and to reveal the secrets of the success.

The aim of the thesis was to assess the formation and reduction in the yield of naked and hulled oat varieties. The research was conducted two years and it was mainly focused on the main elements of income as a number of plants, cuttings, and lat per m2, further was assessed the number of grains per panicle 1, weight of thousand grains and total grain yield. As an additional assessment of quality indicators have been established; volume weight and the proportion of grains of the front. The values of determined individual elements have been compared to each other and evaluated by statistical analysis. The results based on the naked oat varieties attain average yields of grain; diameter compared varieties of naked oats totalled 3.03 tons per hectare, diameter of hulled varieties amounted to 5.03 tons per hectare and other indicators also moved around the average values. It was confirmed that the newer varieties are breeding to a higher threshold of revenue, while old varieties exhibit better values of the quality parameters.
