The Subject of diploma work: Yield formation of winter wheat depending on row width in ecological agriculture This work deals with the formation of winter wheat yield. Winter wheat was cultivated on the narrow and wide rows to field experiments. The attempt was focused mainly on creating yield components (number of plants per square meter, number of grains per spike, the weight of one thousand grains). There was also accomplished the verification during the vegetation and there was the comparison of the theoretic and real yield at the end.

The aim of this master thesis is to deal with and systematically describe the legislative process which is regulated by law and also the legislative process at the level of the government which has not been formalized completely. The phenomenon of legislative process significantly influences the legal and social environment in the Czech Republic. The first and the second chapter is focused on theoretical definition of the legislative process and deals with the legislative process at the level of the Parliament. Special attention is paid to the lacks of legal regulation and practice, such as to changes implemented by the amendment of the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies from 2015. It is also dealt with the Collection of Laws and its intended electronization. The third chapter is related to the position of the government within the legislative process. The government is the most important initiator of lawmaking, as it has the expert workers of ministries which create the legal drafts at its' disposal. This thesis aims to describe a phenomenon of judicial law-making in 21st century. The thesis is concerned with two main issues, specifically the binding effect of prior judicial decisions and the boundaries of judicial authority in law-making. The thesis begins with a description of essential terms and it focuses especially on a type of judicial decisions-making, which results in not following plain and clear language of the applicable statute. A judge is not free in his choice when to avoid the language of the statute. He is limited by values embedded in law by legislator, which he cannot exceed and extend. Therefore this activity is deemed to be a method of selecting an applicable legal norm, not creation of new law. The thesis further explains when not following plain and clear language of the applicable statute can be in reasonable cases justifiable. This part is followed by specific parts dealing with the particular forms of the judicial law-making within the bounds of two legal systems - common law and civil law. In the conclusion the paper draws a comparison between the judicial law- making in mentioned legal systems. The creation of landscape in the law The diploma thesis deals with the creation of landscape in the law. The aim of this diploma thesis is to ascertain if the creation of landscape is provided by the Czech legal system and if so, in which ways. Another aim of the diploma thesis is to deal with the legislation in more detail, analyses it and suggests the possibilities of its improvement at the end of this diploma thesis. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the diploma thesis deals with the definition of landscape. The definitions that are used in other scientific disciplines are included in the diploma thesis next to the legal definition of landscape. The second part of the diploma thesis describes the international legislation of the creation of landscape. This part of the diploma thesis focuses particularly on the European Landscape Convention. The third part of the diploma thesis deals with legislation of the creation of landscape in the Czech legal system. Theory of archetypes is one of several methods how to find the direction for building and managing of brand. This theory is based on theories C. G. Jung. Main objective of this thesis is to find out how companies on Czech market are using archetypal identity. And whether they have urge to use archetypes or similar approaches. In this thesis are also mentioned other theories, methods and methodologies, which helps with building and managing of brands. Practical part of this thesis is about branding of insurance companies. Main element of this part is quality research, especially interview with experts, which have lot of experience with branding and archetypes. Next part of thesis is focused on analysis of communication strategies of largest insurance companies on Czech market and on analysis of rebranding ING to NN in 2015.

The theme of this thesis is high school timetabling. The built mathematical model is based on bivalent programming. The model uses multicriteria linear programming too, because a timetable has to fill legal and school's requests and student's and teacher's wishes. Firstly, there are given theoretical basics. Then there is described economic model with school's characteristics and it continues by mathematical model. For optimization, tool MPL for Windows with using Gurobi. Finally, export of optimization is transferred using VBA to form for end users.

Purpose of the thesis is to compare theorethical base to actual system of driving costs and analyses in the existing environment of GE Medical Systems IT company producing medical equipment of cardiology, maternal infant care, respirators and ultrasound field. Costs are driven from two different perspectives - capability accounting, where methology of standard costing is applied, and responsibility accounting. Consequently particular variances are analyzed for period 2006 - 2008 and identified differences from operationg plan. Conclusion is the evaluation of recent driving costs system.

The thesis will deal with reasons that lead to households becoming in debt on one hand, and on the other hand, the impacts that are caused by this process. Households are the biggest economic subject that create savings. They are also the second biggest debtor of the financial sector. From this point of view, there is an important role for the banks and financial institutions that offer households many kinds of credit products. The role of the central bank and its monetary policy and supervision are also important. Focus will be also put on innovation that has arisen in financial markets, that have made credit expansion possible, mainly securitisation. After that an analysis of negative and positive macroeconomic impacts will follow, which are brought on by excessive financing of consumption and housing. The emphasis is on the structure of the business plan, upon which the business plan is based in the practical part. The practical part is a business plan of ArtBe Ltd., which is a company that runs an internet portal selling handmade products of Czech and Slovak authors. The business plan also evaluates possibilities of the companie´s future expansion.
