Klasifikace chemických reakcí badatelskou metodou / Classifying Chemical Reactions Using Inquiry Based Science Education Method

Sejková, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
Diploma thesis presents topic Classifying chemical reactions that was elaborated on the principle of inquiry based science education. The handbook for teachers, which is a part of the thesis, contains two variants of structured inquiry and two variants of guided inquiry. There are also methodical instructions for teachers, a list of chemicals, the procedure for carrying out the reactions and photo documentation of experiments, including measured graphs of pH and redox potential (PASCO probeware). Inquiry-based science education has the potential to develop key competences, which are becoming an important goal of education at all levels of education. The key competencies are included in the Czech curriculum, the Framework Educational Program for Grammar schools. The next part of the thesis was preparation of the questionnaire focused on developed key competencies. Students that performed laboratory session with the new developed material on topic classification of chemical reaction filled in the questionnaires after their work. Andresová, Kristina January 2016 (has links)
The main goal of this diploma thesis Solution Designs for Each Type of Prostitution is to design particular public policy solution which would be able to regulate prostitution in the area of the Czech Republic, considering different types of prostitution. At first each type of prostitution is described together with typical problems and risks attached to it. Accordingly three approaches to prostitution from legal point of view are compared, including their advantages and disadvantages. Consequently three countries - Germany, Netherlands and Sweden - are described and mutually compared in detail from a perspective of their attitude towards commercial sexual services. Later on, the most important international treaties, current progress of prostitution legal framework and the most relevant actors with their attitudes are introduced. In the main part of this thesis particular solution for each type of prostitution is designed, based on previous findings and knowledge. Weinzettel, Pavla January 2015 (has links)
TITLE: Word Problems in the First and Second Year of Primary School AUTHOR: Pavla Weinzettel DEPARTMENT: Departmement of Mathematics and Mathematical Education SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Michaela Kaslová ABSTRACT: This thesis focuses on word problems in maths books for Year One and Two of primary schools, published by Alter and Prodos. The objective is to analyse the word problems set out in these maths books and to classify them according to the following criteria: context, methods of solution, time management, and non- standard types of maths problems. A partial aim of the thesis is a comparison of the textbook word problem analysis and the analysis of those word problems which the students can create themselves. The conclusions of the work point out the importance of the teacher's role in maths teaching and learning. Teachers should use their judgement when using the published maths books and endeavour to expand on them, taking into consideration the above mentioned criteria in order to increase the students' eagerness to not only to solve the maths problems but also to understand as to why they solved them the way they did. The thesis recommends practical tools for teaching material evaluation and for assessing to what extent the students understand what the purpose of word problems is. KEYWORDS: word problem,...

Časová stabilita vlivů 11-letého slunečního cyklu na cirkulační poměry ve střední Evropě / Temporal stability of effects of the 11-year solar cycle on circulation conditions in central Europe

Paličková, Lea January 2015 (has links)
Temporal stability of effects of the 11-year solar cycle on circulation conditions in central Europe Abstract The aim of this master thesis is to determinewhether circulation conditions in central Europe are affected by variable solar activity. Circulation type classification by Beck (2000) is used here to evaluate the solar effects. Circulation characteristics of circulation are available back to 1780. This master thesis proves that the solar cycle effects on circulation conditions in central Europe are not stationary in time. It was demonstrated that the frequency of individual circulation types varies significantly, depending on the length of studied period. The impact of solar variability on circulation conditions in central Europe is more significant when a shorter time period is being considered. It was also found that the response of circulation characteristics on solar variability is not immediate. There have not been clear results if there exists a linear trend on lagged response of solar variability on circulation characteristics. Linear trend has been found only for a whole year dataset with a lagged response within a year. This thesis proves that the solar cycle effects on troposphere are highly variable, so it is very difficult to define them straightforward. Keywords: atmospheric circulation,...
