Úroveň pohybových schopností dětí mladšího školního věku věnujících se společenskému tanci / Level of motor abilities of primary school children dealing with ballroom dancingJinochová, Tereza January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this dissertation is to find out the level of motoric abilities at younger school age children who take part in social dance. I tested the level of motoric abilities using the test battery Unifittest (6 - 60). I compared the level of motoric abilities at younger school age children who take part in social dance and at younger school age children who only attend PE lessons. I tried to find out the change of the level in motoric abilities at the two above mentioned groups. I also tried to discover the type and frequency of other sport activities which children regularly do in their free time. Empirically focused part of my thesis substantiate that children of the younger school age, who take part in social dance, achieved a bigger improvement of fitness and coordinative motoric abilities. The biggest improvement was in the test of flexibility. On the basis of the questionnaire survey I found out, that children of the younger school age who do not take part in social dance, very often devote to football in their leisure. KEYWORDS younger school age, motoric abilities, social dance, PE, Unifittest (6 - 60)

Úroveň pohybových schopností u basketbalistů mladšího školního věku / Level of motor skills in young school-age basketball playersLasovská, Věra January 2018 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to ascertain the level of motor skills of basketball players of younger school age. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarises knowledge obtained from scientific literature, defines fundamental terms related to the issue and clarifies the links between them. The theoretical part includes a definition of the UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 testing method, which appears to be the most suitable form of testing pupils aged 8 to 10 on the basis of scientific literature. The practical part focuses on the actual testing of pupils. The aim of the thesis is to compare the results of pupils obtained in the Prague Sokol Organization who do sports actively also outside of school with those of pupils who only do sports as part of their compulsory education and just have the number of PE lessons the law stipulates for primary education. By comparing the obtained results, it will be possible to determine whether pupils who do sports only at school can reach the results of pupils in the Prague Sokol Organization. On the basis of this finding we may assume which pupils are talented and can be worked with further so as to allow their potential talent to develop.

The Unifittest (6-60) was applied to deduce the level of physical fitness, the TGMD- 2 test was employed to find out the level of physical activity. In addition, somatic measurements, which are integral to the Unifittest (6-60), were utilized to discover the amount of subcutaneous fat. Results: 32% of children showed average results in the complex physical fitness due to test standard. The same percentage of children (34%) was above and below the average standard as well. 79% of children presented imbalanced performances in particular tests. The best results were seen in sit-up test on the contrary, the worst results were given in endurance shuttle run. The level of subcutaneous fat was above-average at 50% of children,. Vztah fyzické zdatnosti a studijního prospěchu žáků ZŠ / Primary school students' physical competence in relation to their study resultsZaplatílková, Lucie January 2020 (has links)
Name Relation between physical fitness and study results of primary school students Goal The goal of the thesis is to examine physical fitness of primary school students, compare it with their study results, and see if there is any relatioship between these two variables. Methods Physical fitness is tested with tests and norms of Unifittest (6-60) (Měkota, Kovář, 2002) and study results are generated with questionnaires. The answers are then matched with Unifittest's results of each student. Results are processed with the help of statistical methods. Results The results of Unifittest (6- 60) showed above-average or well above-average level of fitness with 89 % of individuals. Only 11 % of participants reached the average score. The best performance was detected with girls of the 9 ͭ ͪ grade and boys of the 7 ͭ ͪ grade. Spearman correlation coefficient showed a medium-strong relation between the Unifittest (6- 60) results and grades from Czech language, foreign language, and mathematics in 2 categories. 6 ͭ ͪ grade girls had the correlation rₛ= 0,51 and 8 ͭ ͪ grade girls rₛ= 0,56. Other categories showed very weak correlation relation. Keywords Unifittest, physical fitness, studying, youth, sit-ups, pull-ups, long jump, Cooper test

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out and compare the level of motor abilities of younger school age children attending dance lessons at Elementary Art school and then to compare it with the level of motor abilities of younger school age children which do sports only in Physical Education. It has been testing at the Elementary Art school in Chotěboř and at the Primary School Smetanova in Chotěboř and I used the battery test - Unifittest (6-60), which I completed by the holistic motoric test, called the Jacík test. I also used a questionnaire to find out what other sports activities do pupils of the dance branch. The research part of this work shows that the dance students achieved on average better results than the pupils of the Primary School dedicated to sports only in Physical Education. The biggest difference was between the test groups in the repeatedly "Leh-Sed", when the dance students were better by almost 30 %. Using a questionnaire survey I found out that 9 out of 14 pupils of the dance branch attend at least one other sports club.
