O estudo do circuito espacial produtivo da Cooperativa Central Gaúcha de Leite (CCGL) propicia a compreensão da influência das atividades modernizadoras da agricultura para a formação de espaços destinados a práticas agrícolas globalizadas na mesorregião Noroeste do Rio Grande do Sul. O circuito produtivo da empresa, juntamente com os círculos de cooperação, favorece que as relações horizontais e verticais da Cooperativa Central se desenvolvam e se atravessem nos fluxos materiais e de informação pelos quais passam os produtos desenvolvidos. A CCGL foi criada em um momento de transformações na agricultura, em virtude de utilização de tecnologia, maquinários, implementos e insumos nos processos produtivos. A utilização desse aparato tecnológico transformou o setor primário, sendo que hoje uma parte dele assume as características do chamado agronegócio. The company productive cycle along with the cooperation circles stimulates that horizontal and vertical relations of the Central Cooperative get a development and cross through in the flows of material and information through which pass the products developed. The CCGL was created at a time of transformations in agriculture due to the use of technology, machinery, implements and inputs into the productive processes. The use of this technological apparatus has transformed the primary sector, and nowadays a part of this assumes the characteristics of the so-called agribusiness market. The agribusiness global operations have influence in the articulation of the territory parcels to produce according to the world market demanding of commodities. The rationalization of these spaces is a result of the connection between the countryside and industry and CCGL is an example of this relationship. Therefore, the intensification of scientific knowledge on a network of relationships formed from agriculture, that involves machinery companies, research, manufacturing and distribution, among others, gives the opportunity to the existence of important spaces in the territory due to the production and the capital they provide. The CCGL is inserted in a APR (Agricultural Productive Region), which are areas of the territory created to meet the interests of agribusiness, existing in the mesoregion of the Northwest of RS, and with possible extension towards the middle region west of Santa Catarina state.

Sanding and pruning are two practices used in the cranberry industry for vine management and yield stimulation. This study compared the effects of varying levels of sanding and pruning in April 2006 on vine canopy characteristics and yield over the course of two growing seasons. Each practice was applied at four levels: sanding at four depths: control (0 cm), light (1.5 cm), moderate (3.0 cm), or heavy (4.5 cm) of sand; pruning at four numbers of passes with a commercial pruner: control (0 passes), light (1 pass), moderate (2 passes), and heavy (3 passes). Pruning levels had no affect on upright density over the two seasons whereas heavy sanding treatment decreased the number of uprights per unit area significantly. A linear increase in light penetration was observed for the first season only as intensities increased for both pruning and sanding. Number of fruiting uprights relative to total uprights decreased in the first year as intensity increased for sanding and pruning. This effect continued in the second year for sanding treatments. Yield and net returns averaged over the two years were greatest in lightly pruned plots, followed by lightly sanded plots. Moderate and heavy treatments were associated with lower yields and net returns than those for the controls.

This diploma thesis deals with design of uprights and wheel hubs of front wheels of Formula Student race car. Specifically race cars named Dragon 3 and Dragon 4 of TU Brno Racing team. In this thesis there will be load calculations of front wheels, choosing of bearings and uprights and wheel hub’s design. Then control of design by FEA analysis. And finally comparing of both designs and comparing with previous designs.
