Utvecklingsarbete och lärande i en organisation där lärande är uppdraget : Personalens erfarenheter av en kommunövergripande utbildningssatsning

Norell, Annelie January 2009 (has links)

The purpose of my study was to examine how staff in different activities in a learning and culture management perceives the organization, content and opportunities for implementation of new knowledge in major education drive. In the background, I describe how the literature argues for the concept learning and knowledge. It also describes why staff training is carried out and how successful implementation process dan be performed. I have been interviewing a school teacher, two nursery teachers, a secondary teacher, three special educators and one who is head of three preschools and primary manager of the municipality and asked about their views and thoughts about the training effort. I have participated in lectures and was an observer at a reflection meeting to create me a picture of how these sessions are designed. The results of the survey showed that most of the participating teachers were in favor of the effort. The common reflection opportunities are considered very valuable, but it„s mainly in the higher stages difficult to have time for these. Unclear work description is one of the reasons for this. It has also emerged that teachers have no involvement and interest from school principals and school management. The result also shows that most believe that the greatest obstacle to a successful implementation is a personal preference, time constraints, unclear objectives and economic conditions.
