The aim of this thesis on the application of decision-making models in renewing the arsenal of Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation (MS Borovy, z.s.) is to select, using a method of multi-criteria decision analysis, a suitable hunting weapon that will best comply with the conditions under which the Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation (a registered society) exercises its right to hunt and manage game and wildlife. The theoretical part of this paper focuses on weapons, in addition to describing models of multi-criteria decision-making. The second part of the thesis addresses the tradition of hunting and game management as well as various hunting methods, and introduces the Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation, its hunting grounds and various game species occurring in that area. Subsequently, the author of this paper discusses the selection of a compromise option for a hunting weapon, using a suitable method of multi-criteria decision analysis. Based on the outcome of this selection, a recommendation is made on a suitable hunting weapon for members of the Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation and the surrounding hunting grounds.

Diploma thesis deals with the evaluation team of human resources in team of the coffee chain. Multi-criteria analysis is use in the evaluation. The theoretical part described human resources in general and evaluation of human resources, description of teams and team behavior and description of procedures and methods of multi-criteria analysis. In the practical part is the proposals of the employee evaluation system to identify shortcomings, the proposal for a higher position and then comparing the improvement of individual employees. This evaluation system serves as a support for the existing system of evaluation in this company. Finally, the results is drawn of the evaluation of individual employees.

It is necessary to consider the increasing problem of the environment and better quality of people living. This thesis focuses on modernization of the system, which cleans the wastewater in municipality of Kout na Šumavě. These days it is taking place the second phase of building a sewerage system, that would be partly financed from European Union funds within the operation program of Environment. The thesis is split into two main parts. The first theoretical part contents the basic theory, where are described the financial funds, the basic theory of the wastewater treatment and also the problematic of multi-criteria decision making and it´s methods. Mentioned methods relate to solving the problems of decision-making situations. The second practical part performs particulary solution of the given problem. In the practical part are used all identified findings and background materials for evaluation and for selection the right decision making situation. This would be solved by application of mathematical methods. All identified results, that used mathematical methods, are evaluated and suggested to the representatives of the municipality. They referred the results to the general contractor.

My thesis is about choice of internet connection. In my paper I focus on application methods of multicriterial evaluation of alternatives (VHV) on different types of internet connection. In my paper I want to compare different types of VHV and I want to say if they are convenient or not to use them in choice of internet connection. In this paper I compare different tariffs of internet connection and different types of internet connections between each other. For comparison I chose ADSL connection, connection trough cable TV and wireless connection. In comparison I used next methods: lexicographical method, ORESTE, WSA, TOPSIS and ELECTRE III. For internet connection is the best to use connection trough cable TV, second is ADSL connection and the worst is wireless connection. Lexicographical method is not very good for choice of internet connection. It is usable only in special cases. Other methods are acceptable for choice of internet connection.

Pizza delivery is often provided by external companies. The goal of the reastaurant is to unify processes for delivery in each branch to accomplish maximum profit and customer sattisfaction. The task is the decision either to provide the delivery in-house or to hire an external subject from the group of courier companies, that fulfil the requirements. We will use multi-criteria decision methods in the process of selection.

The goal of this disertation work is to find a mathematical model, which could help marketing workers to decide in which media to invest money for advertising. It includes decription of each media channel (TV, radio, press and internet), the mathematical model and it's computation based on two methods and a real-life example.

Diplomová práce se zabývá vybudováním nového baletního sálu Národního divadla. První část této práce se zabývá hodnocením jednotlivých variant na vybudování báletního sálu a výběrem nelepší varianty. Druhá část práce se věnuje řízení projektu rekonstrukce vlatních prostor na nový baletní sál za pomocí MS Project.

Praktická implementace simplexové metody, metody větvení a mezí a především algoritmů spojitého vícekriteriálního rozhodování v jazyce Pascal

Cílem diplomové práce je aplikace modelů vícekriteriálního rozhodování na reálný rozhodovací problém ve firmě INVEST TEL AUTO s.r.o. V praktické části je pomocí několika metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant nejprve vybrána nejvhodnější automobilová značka, poté je pomocí metod spojitého vícekriteriálního rozhodování navržena skladba první objednávky vozů vybrané automobilové značky.

Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním systémů terciárního vzdělávání v zemích Evropské unie s využitím metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Teorie vícekriteriálního rozhodování slouží k usnadnění a objektivizaci rozhodovacích procesů. Použití rozhodovacích metod sice významným způsobem snižuje vliv hodnotícího subjektu, stále ale v těchto úlohách přetrvávají subjektivní faktory, které nelze nikdy zcela vyloučit. Takovými faktory, které jsou závislé na uživateli postupu a ovlivňují výsledky hodnocení, jsou například: použitá metoda hodnocení variant; relevance použitých kritérií; množina kritérií, podle kterých se varianty budou vyhodnocovat a množina hodnocených variant.
