První část práce se zabývá analýzou výdajů na zdravotní péči v OECD a jejich rozdělením dle zdrojů financování. Druhá část se týká definování a určení kvality zdravotní péče a její analýzy v rámci zemí OECD. Třetí část obsahuje závěrečnou analýzu vztahu mezi náklady a kvalitou zdravotní péče v OECD a zhodnocení výsledků analýzy.

In this thesis entitled Budgets of the Municipal Government in the Czech Republic is analysed the management of municipality Jinočany in years from 2000 to 2014. This thesis includes model calculation of Jinočany, which relates to the redistribution of finances from the capital city budget of Prague to budget of City districts. The aim is to determine how much money the community acquired if that would become the city district. There are used information from the municipal Prague - Zličín for this calculation. The first part includes theoretical concepts of Municipal Government, budget of the Municipal Government and etc. There is described budget structure, budget process and the types of income and expenditure of Municipal Governments. The practical part is about municipality Jinočany, there is information about Jinočany, budgetary process, management of this municipality in the years from 2000 to 2014 and the model calculation of redistribution of funds from the capital Prague.

Summary This thesis is focused on the analysis of revenues and expenses of two municipalities in Královéhradecký region. The aim of the thesis is analyze revenues and expenses of municipalities Rychnov nad Kněžnou and Borohradek in a time series of five years, from 2010 to 2014. The first part of thesis is literature review, which focuses on the community as the basic element of local government, budget and budget process and the breakdown of incomes and expenses. The main part is the practical part, where the first two municipalities characterized and described their economic indicators. Afterwards they are analyzed individual items of revenue including grants and individual expenditures. In conclusion are given recommendations to improve the economy of both municipalities.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the management of the city Rotava. Fulfilling this objective will be realized by a comprehensive analysis of operations for the period 2010-2015. In the theoretical part, there are basic concepts defined related to local government units (municipalities), municipal budget and financial analysis methods. These theoretical bases are necessary for the development of the practical part, consisting of a detailed analysis of the financial management of Rotava. Based on the analysis and findings, recommendations to improve the financial situation of the city will be submitted.

Jančová, G. Consumer behaviour of the Seniors on the Food market. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. Diploma thesis is dealing with a consumer behaviour of seniors on the food market where the senior is consider as a person at the age of 65 years old and more. The aim of the work is to identify factors which influence consumer behaviour of seniors on the food market. Methods of assessment revenues and expenses of seniors are used to accomplish this aim. Thanks to analysis of secondary and primary data gained by 351 respondents answers to the questionnaire survey are detected factors which affect seniors on the food market. These factors include freshness, quality, taste, price of food, and date of durability/applicability. Seniors are particularly dissatisfied with the lettering and price tags on products, music, and the placement of shelf goods in grocery stores. After primary data processing is done segmentation of respondents by method of cluster analysis which reveals four different groups divided according to factors of quality, range of product, goods, price and freshness of food. In the end proposal and recommendations for sellers of food are written with aim how to increase comfort of a customer - senior.

Presented diploma thesis is focused on comparation of the economic management of two selected towns in Vysočina region. The main goal is to evaluate financial situation within 5 years time range that leads towards a proposal of improving weaknesses. The work is divided into a literal research, where there are terms connected to towns and management defined, and theoretical part where there are individual towns budgets discussed and detailed, as well as example balance-sheet of Budkov and Třebelovice from 2011-2015. Eventually, there are several ideas proposed to improve economical management that leads towards improvements of each town.
