Thesis "Possibilities of Financing House-building in Czech Republic" analyses developers' apartment building projects in Czech Republic. It is divided into three parts: the first part deals with academic definition of developer's project and related legal aspects, the second part consists of analysis of two already realized developers' projects and in the third part there are solution proposals in the current situation of apartment building with respect to possible grants from public or European funds.

This diploma thesis is dealing with the issues of the building projects management, mainly developer projects or investment building projects respectively and their financing. There is solved specific situation of the company that decided for realization of the investment project of building the family houses in the designated location and is deciding the way of its financing. In the practical part of the thesis is determined optimistic, pesimistic and most probable variant of the sales and their influence on the financial difficulty of the project. In the end the whole investment is evaluated and the recommendation for the investor is determined.

In my thesis I addressed the activity of the Pharmacy Development Center. In particular I dealed with the building up and internal equipment of the pharmacies. My goal was to create an inventory of the part of the archive of the Fond of Pharmacy Development Center which is related to the building up of the pharmacies and to sumarize the norms and their ammendments over the years on which the Pharmacy Development Center took part. Norms in this thesis are presented according to how they were ammended and what they concerned during the building up of the pharmacies. I inventorized a part of the Fond archive according to the registry key. I categorized, moved and discarded the documents. I created an archiving tool - inventory to ease the work of further developers.

Linguistic discourse refers to the meaning of larger text segments, and could be very useful for guiding attempts at text mining such as document selection or summarization. The aim of this project is to apply discourse information to Knowledge Discovery in Databases. As far as we know, this is the first attempt at combining these two very different fields, so the goal is to create a basis for this type of knowledge extraction. We approach the problem by extracting discourse relations using unsupervised methods, and then model the data using pattern structures in Formal Concept Analysis. Our method is applied to a corpus of medical articles compiled from PubMed. This medical data can be further enhanced with concepts from the UMLS MetaThesaurus, which are combined with the UMLS Semantic Network to apply as an ontology in the pattern structures. 71 Abstract Thesis, as the title suggests, is focused mainly on the liability of a contractor resulting from contracts for work concluded by parties in order to execute large industrial works. Capital construction is economically significant branch of industry both from national and international perspective. Czech law regulates capital construction, as far as private law is concerned, mainly by Commercial Code in it's articles dedicated to general regulation of contract for work. Capital construction requires sufficiently detailed contractual arrangements of mutual rights and obligations. Detailed arrangements concluded by parties are necessary due to the complexity, technical, technological, time, material, financial and personal demandingness of the subject matter of work along with long-term character of mutual relations and high risk of amendment of legislation. Thesis deals with usual arrangements of contracts concluded by parties in practice related to the liability of a contractor in capital construction. Besides the thesis displays the amount of risk the contractors bear and the scope of their liability in case of breach of the contracted obligations. The aim of this work is an analysis of housing as a source of growth of housing in the Czech Republic. The introductory part will focus on supply and demand for housing in economic theory, basic theory of the housing market and housing policy instruments. It will include further defining the content, meaning and basic forms of State action in the sphere of housing as an important segment of the state social policy, along with the general factors affecting their operation. This part will include identifying the factors and explaining the particularities of social and economic environment of socialist Czechoslovakia, including the intermediate stages of historical development of state intervention in the housing market. The analytical part will be focused on the main factors affecting the housing. The factors will be presented, analyzed and commented on available statistical data, their structure and evolution. In the conclusion of the thesis will be the analysis of housing and segmented offers housing in the capital city of Prague and its surroundings.

The diploma thesis aims to identify the factors affecting the level of housing construction in the Czech Republic and to build an econometric model. The first part provides an overview of the literature. The chapter Methodology describes the methods used to build an econometric model and describes the different characteristics that determine the level of housing construction. Their influence is validated using multivariate regression analysis in chapter Results, where there is also a forecast level of housing construction for 2015. At the end of this thesis the results are interpreted.

The topic of this diploma thesis is Analysis of Social and Economic Development of the City Quarter Prague 3. This thesis is focused on analysis of the selected indicators of social and economic development of the City Quarter Prague 3. On the basis of found information, it assesses present situation of the areas that its development influence most. The attention is devoted to the development of number of citizens, their migration and population structure. Part of this work evaluates the availability of local facilities and economy of Prague 3. The employed data come from the database of the Czech Statistical Office and from the City of Prague 3. Even the representatives of Prague 3 were interviewed in order to complete obtained information. At the end of the work, the SWOT analysis based on the works findings is created. It indicates its strong and weak parts and opportunities and threats of Prague 3. According to the analysis, the areas, the Prague 3 should support more or stop supporting, are identified.

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the housing construction developmental tendencies in selected Czech cities and in their hinterlands. Housing construction is considered as the main indicator of the ongoing suburbanization process. The housing construction analysis covers the last twenty years (1997-2016), because in the mid-1990s suburbanization in Czechia has begun to intensify. The development of housing construction is at first analysed at the level of all municipalities of Czechia, using spatial data analysis. In the next sections of the thesis the development of housing construction and population changes are analysed in the defined functional regions of 120 selected cities. These cities are categorized into groups based on their population size and economic characteristics. The results show an increase of housing construction in the cities' hinterlands, which has been dampened due to the economic crisis. Differences in the development of housing construction between functional regions of cities with different population size and economic categories were successfully demonstrated. In my thesis I am analyzing the construction industry in the South Bohemia. I have chosen this theme because I had been working for several years in real estate industry. I am focusing on the housing construction, because I think it is an important issue. First I am writing about the sources and also about the definition used in the thesis. The main practical chapters deal the analysis of the building industry. First I analyze the sector in the whole Czech Republic. I am showing on several graphs the development of construction in past few years and also its structure and problems. The same I do with specific part of construction {--} the housing construction. After characterizing South Bohemia from the demographic, geographic and economic aspects, I am describing its construction industry with focus on the housing construction and the real estate market. I am also comparing the prices of dwellings in several towns in South Bohemia and. At the end I am trying to estimate the future of the construction industry in Czech Republic and South Bohemia.
