Porovnání rekultivovaných a sukcesních ploch z pohledu rostlinné diverzity na vybraných hydrosystémech Třeboňské pánve Suchdolské pískovny. / The comparison of restorated and successional areas from the point of view ofthe plant diversity - Suchdol sandpit lakes, Třeboň Basin Area

ZAORALOVÁ, Petra January 2014 (has links)
The Diploma´s thesis deals with the issue of comparison of recultivated areas and areas in the point of ecological succession from the viewpoint of the plant diversity of chosen hydro-ecosystems of Trebon basin, in the area of Suchdol nad Lužnicí. Mapped sandpits Cep, Cep I, Tušť a Františkov are situated in the flood plain of the river Lužnice. Local mining of sandy gravel started in 1950s and in some areas it has not finished until now. Every mining process leads to extensive damages of the landscape, which should be corrected. The aim of this thesis is to map and compare the areas on the coast of extracted sandpits where the recultivation was done with those which were left to "controlled" ecological succession.

Spontaneous vegetation succession in mined peatlands / Spontaneous vegetation succession in mined peatlands

KONVALINKOVÁ, Petra January 2010 (has links)
Spontaneous vegetation succession in mined peatlands in the Czech Republic was studied using the space-for-time substitution approach. The study focused on the variability of vegetation in traditionally mined (block-cut) and industrially mined (milled) peatlands. The influences of age, abiotic site factors, as well as landscape factors were analysed. The thesis summarizes also the state of current knowledge on various groups of organisms (plant, algae, fungi, and animals) in the extracted peatlands in the Czech Republic. The recomendations for the ecological restoration of mined peatlands are given.

Revitalizace vybraného úseku vodního toku / Revitalization of River

Kachtík, Michal January 2016 (has links)
The topic of the submitted thesis is to carry out revitalization of a selected section of a watercourse. At first, the actual conditions of the riverbed and its surroundings are described. In the following part of the thesis the description of the newly designed watercourse section is focused. The main goal of the new design is to improve the life conditions both in and around the watercourse as well as to support its self-cleaning process.

Význam a hodnocení mimoprodukční vegetace v ekologickém hospodaření

Nováková, Jana January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the species spectrum and flowering time of floral belts. The intention of the thesis was to detect a difference in the coverage in the course of flowering of the Green mix multi (Biocont) mixture over the years since the sowing in 2014. The work includes a general part that addresses the importance of biodiversity within the ecosystem and the importance of farming. It highlights the beneficial effects of setting up zones of floral belts, draws, bushes and tree groups and others. It also deals with the importance of spontaneous succession in the ecosystem and the individual relationships between plant species. The thesis informs about the non-productive functions of the plant community and includes several examples of vegetable mixtures. The experimental part of the work was carried out on the experimental plot of the ZF MENDELU. The species composition and flowering of the target varieties were assessed. The observation followed the results already obtained from previous years, allowing a comprehensive analysis of the data in the long-term monitoring. Two experimental strips where the mixture was sown were observed and evaluated. It concerned an option without irrigation and with irrigation. The overall results of the observation were processed and subsequently evaluated. The evaluation of the coverage and the value of flowering in the seed mixture was processed using the graphs in Microsoft Office Excel 2007. Another method of evaluation assessed the term of evaluation and an impact of irrigation. This method was carried out using the office analyses in CANOCO 4.5. A gradual reduction of the coverage of each species and at the same time the reducing number of flowering species was found in the mixture. It is apparent that the seed mixture may no longer adequately fulfil the ecosystem service and therefore it would be advisable to restore the mixture.

Dřevostavba rodinného domu s vegetační střechou a terasou se střešní zahradou

Ondráček, Vojtěch January 2019 (has links)
Diploma thesis deals with the design of a family house of wooden buildings for 5–6 persons. It is a non-cellular object. The building will be multi-level. The two-storey building will be roofed with a low-slope vegetation roof, and two terraces with roof green are designed above the single-storey section. The work contains design of structures for individual types of roofs. There are described the methods of technical calculations and design of the construction. It contains an extensive overview of green roofs. There are presented technical parameters of the vegetation formation, proposals of individual compositions, links to the surrounding terrain and functions of the green roof. The main part of the work is the design and assessment of roof structures. The accompanying drawing documentation of the selected family house solution is included.

Detekce a genotypizace kmenů Helicobacter pylori ve Waldeyerově lymfatickém okruhu a jeho vliv na vznik patologií v této oblasti / Detection and genotypisation of Helicobacter pylori strains in Waldeyers lymphatic tissue and its relationship to the formation of pathologies in this area

Nártová, Eva January 2017 (has links)
The aim ofthis study was to reveal the presence ofHelicobacter pylori (HP) in the Waldeyers lymphatic tissue in the group ofchildren and adults, along with its possible role in the etiology of tonsillar carcinoma and benign diseases (chronic tonsillitis, OSAS, adenoids). In our study we have confirmed the hypothesis that HP is presented m the Waldeyers lymphatic tissue. as well as in the stomach and that the oropharynx and epipharynx are the an extragastric reservoir ofHP. Mucosa associated lymphatic tissue in the stomach is similar to lymphatic tissue ofWaldeyer ring. These conditions can be very favourable for the survival ofHP and thus can promote inflammation changes and immune changes as well as in the stomach. ln our study, using the real-time PCR method we have detected high incidence ofHP DNA in adenoids and tonsillar tissue. ln the group ofbenign diseases, the most frequent genotypes were CagA VacAsIbm1 and CagA-VacAslbm2. In the group of patients with tonsillar carcinoma, the most frequent genotype was CagA-VacAslbml. Genotyping identified strains ofHP showed differences in comparison with the predominant strains which are most frequently found in the stomach. Genotypic analysis ofI-IP strains showed that the less prevalent virulent strains ofHP, known as cagA negative and vacA positive....

Návrh plánu společných zařízení v katastrálním území Sedlec u Náměště nad Oslavou

Smutná, Ivona January 2017 (has links)
The plan proposal for the common facilities is an important part of landscaping, which comprehensively deals with cadastral areas in villages and this activity is closely linked with landscape engineering. The thesis concentrates on a plan proposal for the common facilities in the cadastral area of the village Sedlec. The paper analyses the current status and shortcomings in the areas of road network, vegetation in landscape and threat of erosion. It also deals with the elimination of natural processes, which have an influence on the function of the landscape. This paper also focuses on the extension of common facilities for better land management and total permeability of the landscape. The thesis could be used as a support or an addition in implementation of complex landscaping in the future.
