Zkušební stanoviště pro měření hluku a vibrací turbodmychadel / Turbocharger Test Stand

Melichar, Marek January 2015 (has links)
This master’s thesis contains information about a construction of a turbocharger test stand, which is specialized in vibrations and noise testing. In the theoretical part, there are information about parts of turbochargers and basic division of the tests, which are practiced on them. Because of a specialization in testing of noise and vibrations, there are also chapters about these themes. In the practical part of this master’s thesis, there is a description of the development of the turbocharger test stand I designed. There is also an example of the results of the modal analyses, which were used to improve the construction of the test stand. At the end of this thesis, there is a description of the software, which is used to read and process the data from measuring the components.

Ochrana před hlukem a vibracemi z právního pohledu / Protection against noise and vibrations from the legal point of view

Wulkanová, Jana January 2014 (has links)
Noise and vibrations belong under the sources of endangerment of the environment and can cause permanent damage of human health therefore it is necessary to legally control them. A protection is provided by a regulation by international and domestic law. The most influence on Czech law have the legislation of the European union. The foundation of the domestic public law regulation is the Public Health Protection Act and the order of the government Nr. 272/2011 Coll. which sets the highest admissible limits of noise and vibrations. The regulation of the private law is centered to the instruments of the Civil Code. The so called new Civil Code brings many changes into this legal area.

Ochrana před hlukem a vibracemi z pohledu práva / Protection against noise and vibrations from the legal point of view

Pavelková, Kamila January 2011 (has links)
- aj Excessive noise occupies a number of factors threatening our environment is an increasingly important place. It does not even reach extremely high levels, yet a negative effect on mental performance, impairs mental well-being affects the quality of sleep, or cause annoyance, because a person is forced to perceive unwanted sounds. The most important and geographically most widespread source of noise is traffic. The largest share of the total noise in the Czech Republic has the vehicular traffic, the smaller share of the load is noise from rail and air transportation. The subject of my thesis is the protection against noise, especially in outside - employment environment, which is currently considered as a very significant source of danger to human health and environment. Introductory chapter no. 2 contains the substance of the basic concepts - sound, noise, emissions and pollution of noise, vibration, further indicates the negative effects of noise on human health and suggests possible measures to reduce noise. Chapter no. 3 is devoted to European legislation, protection against noise and vibration. First, briefly discusses the process of European integration, the main objectives and EU institutions. Further defines the sources of EU law and the main objectives and principles of European...

Ochrana před hlukem a vibracemi z pohledu práva / Protection against noise and vibrations from the legal point of view

Fišar, Vladimír January 2012 (has links)
(English) The purpose of my thesis is to analyse possibilities provided by current legislation to protect individuals against negative effects caused by exessive noise and vibration. The reason for my research is that at the beginning of the new century noise and vibration became one of the most dangerous sources able to threaten or even demage men's health and environment. The thesis is composed of six chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of noise and vibration. There is always a short summary at the end of each chapter. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis: sound, noise and vibration. The chapter is subdivided into five parts. Part One explains the physical and legal meaning of noise and vibration. Part Two describes the main sources of exessive noise and vibration. Part Three analysis negative effects on human health. Part Four compares noise and vibration protection measures. Part Five mentions the mostly used environmental legal instruments. Chapter Two examines international legislation concerning noise and vibration. The chapter consists of two parts. Part One focuses on documents issued by WHO. Part Two deals with activties of ILO. Chapter Three is subdivided into six parts and provides an outline of European Union law. Part One...

Právní ochrana životního prostředí a lidského zdraví před účinky vybraných fyzikálních faktorů / Legal Protection of the Environment and the Human Health against the Effects of Selected Physical Factors

Pokorná, Lucie January 2013 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the legal protection of the environment and human health from the effects of selected physical factors, especially noise, vibration and ionizing and non- ionizing radiation. In the introduction the thesis defines the every singe physical factor, reminds their effects on the environment and the health and life of humans and especially suggests possible measures to eliminate the negative effects of these factors. The emphasis is placed on clarifying the consistency of these measures with the means of protection. Subsequently, the thesis includes separate chapters devoted to European, Czech and selected international legal instruments of protection from selected physical factors and their comparison. One of the key questions to be dealt in the thesis is the effort to clarify whether and how does the legislation in different countries exploit physical similarity between the studied factors. Another question to answer is to what extent is it (for the effective protection of the environment, life, health and other values) useful to accurately identify and name the sources of threat, and whether the case-focused legal protection, anchoring extensively detailed rules for each previously known source of threat, actually leads to more efficient protection against various sources of risk. It...
