Hodnotenie odrôd marhúľ při dozrievaní na strome

Baričič, Michal January 2015 (has links)
The theme of the thesis was to evaluate the varieties of apricots (Prunus armeniaca) ripened on the tree. Following three varieties of apricots have been evaluated: 'Leskora', 'Betinka' and 'Marlen', following quality criteria of the fruit have been monitored: skin firmness, soluble solids content in the fruit and titratable acidity. Monitoring has been performed in three stages of maturity and repeated after seven days storage at 20 ° C. The results of individual observations were evaluated by maturity index. Changes of the organoleptic parameters we monitored after the harvest, and repeated after seven days storage at 20 °C. We assessed firmness and taste of the fruit pulp. The objective pursued was to assess the suitability of selected varieties for storage by keeping the desired sensoric parameters. Based on the results, we can recommend as the most suitable for the storage harvesting stage - green harvesting. According to the index of maturity and organoleptic characteristics showed the best results variety 'Betinka' - unripe fruits, in all evaluated criteria after seven days storing in temperature 20 °C.

Vliv agrochemických vlastností půd a hnojení na výnos ozimé řepky v zemědělském podniku / The effect of soil agrochemical properties and fertilization on yield of winter rape in farming company

Klasová, Michaela January 2016 (has links)
Rational use of fertilizers in an agricultural farm can increase its economical stability. The analysis of data of the agrochemical soil properities in the vegetation of winter rape in a five year period showed if the fertilization system of Zemědělská společnost Chrášťany s.r.o. is set appropriately and where are the eventual reserves. The analysis rates between the yield of winter rape and the individual nutrients content in the soil (P, K, Mg, Ca) and pH were calculated with the use of the analysis of correlation and regression. The same method was used in the evaluation of pure nutrient dosage in the applied fertilizers. The order of importance of the nutrients for the yield was determined according to the value of the coefficient of the correlation between the yield of rape and the examined elements. The examined period was consisted of the years 2011, 2012, 2013 and the analysed area of winter rape reached averagely 190 ha in each year, which was divided into 10 soil blocks. The assumption that N fertilizing is going to have a greater influence on the growth of winter rape yield in soils with worse agrochemical soil properties, then on soils with greater nutrient reserve and a satisfactory soil reaction was confirmed. It is influenced by the fact of which nutrient is in minimal quantities in the soil. With the same N dosage the yield was better on soils with better agrochemical properties. The importance of usage of K fertilizers within years 2013-2015 is rising. The analysis pointed towards a strong influence of K on the yield especially in those three years. Greater influence of nutrients (P, K, Mg) from the soil reserve on the yield of winter rape was in years 2013 and 2014 with favourable weather than in other years. The recommendation of adjustment of the reserves of nutrients K, Mg and Ca in the soil according to the results of AZZP seems effective.

Vybrané mechanické vlastnosti dřeva douglasky z lokalit v České republice / Selected Mechanical Wood Properties of Douglas Fir from Sites in the Czech Republic

Pilař, Ondřej January 2016 (has links)
Abstract Introduced tree species are still undoubtedly, despite the current short-term politico-economic and environmental turbulences, an object of interest of the Czech forestry sector. Worldwide the most important tree species, and thus both in the areas of its original extension and in the large regions where it was successfully introduced, is the Douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii), which is considered as one of the most perspective tree species. Information about the quality of its wood from our territory is missing for the time being. That´s why the aim of this work was to evaluate the quality of Douglas fir wood from different regions of the Czech Republic through selected mechanical properties. Especially the compressive strength, impact strength, flexural modulus and flexural strength were determined by standardized procedures. As well as, the variability of the trunk features and that one of the locality were taken in consideration. The final results of the mechanical features compared with the values measured on the wood from the original extension areas are better in compression strength, similar in flexural strength and slightly worse in the flexural modulus. Comparing the resultant values of Douglas fir with the values of domestic spruce, the Douglas fir shows better values, apart from the values of flexural modulus, which are higher in case of the spruce. A statistically significant difference between the location and the measured feature is demonstrated only in the elastic modulus and density. At the variability in frame of the trunk there was found a statistically significant difference between the vertical and horizontal position of the trunk and all the measured features. At the same time, the value of the measured feature increases together with increasing position from the pulp.

Vybrané fyzikální vlastnosti dřeva douglasky z lokalit v České republice / Selected Physical Wood Properties of Douglas Fir from Sites in the Czech Republic

Chvojka, Jan January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis was created to evaluate of selected physical properties, density and shrinkage of Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii / Mirbel / FRANCO) wood, coming from areas of Lesy města Písku, s.r.o. and the territory of School Forest Enterprise in Kostelec nad Černými lesy of Czech University of Life Sciences. The work tested density and shrinkage, their subsequent comparison with native species and the relevant data from the regions of original distribution of these species. It was also assessed if these physical properties are affected by location of growth or if they vary between individual trees and what is the effect of horizontal or vertical position in a stem on the tested values. It was shown that the density reaches higher values than our native trees. It was found that location of growth or individual trees have influence on the tested properties. The value of density is decreasing with growing height of the tree and increasing with growing distance from the center of the tree. Shrinkage in tangential direction was lower in comparison with Scotch pine, but higher in radial direction. Volumetric shrinkage reached lower values than Scotch pine.

Kolbábek, Petr January 2015 (has links)
This dissertation has been proposed as a part of long-time wide research conducted on farmed elands (Taurotragus oryx) at university farm at Lány. This thesis is planned to be closely connected with the study of influence of the nutrition and diet to the growth and meat composition and quality. Eland meat is traditionally considered as tasty and nutritionally valuable, but in fact the knowledge on the eland meat composition and technological processing potential is limited. The research will be focused on the analyses of physical and chemical properties of meat with emphasis on the influence of the diet and age of animals on the meat. Next part of the work will be to experimentally produce meat products (e.g. pâté, fermented salami) and evaluate theirs physical, chemical and organoleptic properties. The most of the analysis are planned in cooperation with Department of agriculture products quality on Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources.

Krátkodobé a dlouhodobé změny rozdělení frakcí a speciaci potenciálně rizikových prvků, s důrazem na chrom, v pevných vzorcích v životním prostředí / Short and long term re-distribution of potentially toxic elements fractions in solid environmental samples

Jeřábková, Julie January 2016 (has links)
The fractionation of potentially toxic elements (PTE) in environmental and anthropogenic solid samples has a crucial influence on their leaching, mobility and bioavailability, or conversely, their immobilization. Redistribution of PTE in different fractions is affected by various soil properties, such as soil reaction, redox conditions, and soil organic matter composition and its content. Fractionation of PTE in soils and other environmental materials is therefore dynamic, as it is controlled by external conditions. Certain changes of soil conditions caused by, for example, climatic events (floods, soil washing, etc.) and human activities (eg. liming) may lead to significant changes in the distribution of fractions of PTE in soils and anthropogenic materials. The aim of this study is to assess the impact of changes of conditions on the short- and long-term diferences in fractionation of selected PTE (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Zn) in soils and other solid samples mainly of anthropogenic origin (e.g., smelter slag) in the environment.

Comparison of selected soils on glacifluvial parent material in Poland and the Czech Republic

Bešťák, Ondřej January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to compare properties of the soils on glaciofluvial sediment in Poland and the Czech Republic. Physical, chemical and biochemical properties were monitored in soil profiles. Samples were collected on lands with different land use and in different time of year. Subsequently, samples were transported to the laboratory of Faculty of Forestry and Wood technology at Mendel University in Brno, Department of Geology and Pedology, where soils were analyzed. The results showed that samples taken from various soil profiles are mainly composed from 85 to 95% of the sandy fraction (2 till 0.05mm) with a negligible proportion of gravel, loess and clay particles. Determined values of soil reaction reflected the fact that the soil is very acidic, within profiles no. 4 and 5, where soil reactions were described as slightly alkaline. When enzymatic activity of soil was determined, it was found that the activity of soil phosphatises and ureases decreases with soil depth. Cmic analyse exhibits decreasing trend in profiles no. 1, 2, 5 and 6. On the other hand, the higher amount of microbial carbon was found in deepest layers of profiles no. 3 and 4.
