Antioxidační vlastnosti kávy

Lachmanová, Klára January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with antioxidant properties of the coffee. It is focused on the influence of the roasting degree and different kinds of brewing methods on the antioxidant capacity of the coffee. A general overview is about the coffee itself, the history and coffee processing. Main part describes the roasting and chemical substances in the coffee. The whole roasting proces and chemical changes are described here as well. In practical part the antioxidant capacity is measured. The influence of individual factors is determineted by statistic methods. Brewing changes are evalueted by sensory analysis.

Vliv půdních vlastností na genezi vegetačních typů spontánně regenerovaných a lesnicky rekultivovaných ploch ve vápencovém lomu Mokrá

Cihlářová, Hana January 2017 (has links)
The role of soil properties for the vegetation development during early spontaneous succession and forest reclamation was studied in a limestone quarry Mokrá (south of Moravia). Spontaneously regenerated areas were studied mainly with the aim to detect the soil environment features supporting the swards formation of expansive reed grass (Calamagrostis epigejos), which is able to arrest a succession process. Forestry reclaimed areas were study with the aim to compare soil properties of prosperous and decline sites. We examined water air regime, soil reaction (pH), soil texture, soil organic carbon content (SOC), total nitrogen content (Ntot) and content of available Ca, Mg, K and P. The multivariate statistical approach revealed the fact that soil texture, SOC, Ntot and water air regime were statistically significant for the spontaneously regenerated vegetation types. Reed grass preferred fine grained soils with higher SOC and Ntot content. Content of clay, sand and available K were statistically significant for decline and prosperous sampling sites. However any soil property could be called as a cause of prosperity or decline.

Vyhodnocení technických parametrů podlahovin na bázi dřeva

Novák, Ivo January 2018 (has links)
The master thesis is focused on assessment of selected technical parameters of wood-based floor coverings. These parameters are determined in accordance with given norm. The first part discusses various types of floor coverings and describes composition of multi-layer floor coverings and aglomerated materials. It also describes main characteristics of used materials. The second part consists in experimental measurement of selected technical parameters according to relevant legislative norm. Those parameters are always specified on the package of the floor coverings by their manufacturers. Based on experiments performed, all tested floor coverings are suitable both for commercial and housing premises. Floor coverings are both resistant to extreme load and safe for regular use.

Roubená dřevostavba se zateplením

Foltýn, Pavel January 2019 (has links)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a timbered bungalow family house for a four-member household. The design works with current and future requirements of thermal properties of the perimeter shell. The thesis also deals with the problems of the selected construction system of the peripheral shell as well as with the basic constructional details. The processing also includes an assessment of structures in terms of the thermal properties’ requirements for the given structure. The thesis proposes several layout solutions of the object and their mutual comparison. In addition, the thesis deals with an issue and subsequent solution of the use of water from several sources. The work contains complete drawing documentation for building permits, technical reports and proof of energy performance of buildings.

Analýza vlastností materiálu po tepelném zpracování

Gajdošík, Miroslav January 2017 (has links)
This master thesis Analysis of properties of the material after heat treatment, deals with the influence of heat treatment and corrosion degradation on mechanical properties of the material. In the introduction of the theoretical section are listed information regarding of the theory of heat treatment of steels. Literary research also describing diagram iron carbon, transformation diagrams IRA, ARA and dedicated to the main methods and principles of heat treatment of steels. Another part of the master thesis deals with the division and number labeling of steels. Practical part describes conducting experiments in which are compared the mechanical properties heat-treated and corrosion-treated of samples. The measurement is completed graphs of waveforms tensile tests, during which it was also made a record acoustic emissions.
