Thesis Tracking changes water quality in Želečský creek and small water reservoir Želeč deal with tracking water quality in Želečský creek and small water reservoir Želeč. On site will be performed reguraly measurements and water sampling, which will be found in the current state of creek and in the water tank. The measured data are compared with the period 2008 -- 2009. The measured data will be compare with relevant laws. Consequently, measures are proposed as wastewater treatment, which will help improve water quality and watershed measures to prevent pollution of water reservoirs and flow washes off the fields.

The thesis "The Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Sewage Disposal Plant in Náměšt nad Oslavou" compares the effectiveness of two wastewater treatment technologies, the first and the current one. The practical part deals with the importance of treatment of sewage and the overview of the legislation dealing with water. It also describes the types of wastewater, some indicators of pollution of water from sewage and particular possibilities for wastewater treatment. The practical part contains a description of wastewater management in the town. It also describes of the historically first and the current wastewater treatment technologies and contains the survey of the water permits intended for water management. The chapters "Evaluation of Results" include graphs of the results of the analytical control of wastewater and the defined flow rates. The results show that the first-ever sewage disposal plant was insufficient for the needs of the city, which led to the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant. The existing wastewater treatment technology is adapted to the current needs of the city and is also taking into account its future development. The existing wastewater treatment plant fulfills the minimum requirement values of the wastewater treatment efficiency. The concentration of the pollution of wastewater at the wastewater treatment plant does not exceed the prescribed emission standards. The hydraulic and substance demand on the technology achieves the mean value.

Vliv teplotních výkyvů na účinnost procesu deamonifikace při čištění odpadních vod / The Influence of Temperature Fluctuation on the Efficiency of Deammonification Process During Wastewater TreatmentFridrichová, Michala January 2016 (has links)
Deammonification is biological process, where ammonia is removed out of the wastewater. Advantages, compared to traditional nitrification/denitrification, consist in saving energy used to aeration and lower requirements to organic substrate. Anammox bacteria, which are realizing the process are very sensitive. Their optimal temperature is about 35 °C to 45 °C. In real life, the treatment of wastewater runs in lower temperature. This thesis is focused on the influence of temperature fluctuation on efficiency of deammonification.
For the experiment was used model with CSTR reactor, which deals with adjusted sludge water from anaerobic sludge stabilization. Sludge water from ÚČOV Praha was diluted by tap water and nitrite nitrogen was added. Anammox bacteria were cultivated in form of suspension (activated sludge), which was obtained in anammox reactor from estonian university in Tartu. The experiment lasted 280 days. It was divided into three phases, depending on changing temperature. In the first part, the average temperature was 23,3 °C, in the second part 27,5 °C, and in the third part was setted up the temperature decrease from 27 °C to 16,2 °C. The volume load of Ntotal was between 0,024 and 0,174 kg/(m3.d).
With increasing temperature was noticed increasing efficiency of N-amon and N-
NO2- removal. The hypothesis, that anammox rector can be succesfully operated in low temperature (18,3 °C), was confirmed. Inhibition caused by temperature was noticed under 16,2 °C. At this point, efficiency of removal N-amon, N-NO2-, N-NO3- and Ntotal decreased. Anammox bacteria approved ability to deal with short-term (1 week) temperature drop. After increase of temperature from 16,2 °C back to 23,9 °C, it was detected high ability to remove nitrogen forms. Average effectivity of Ntotal removal was 45,1 %. Higher efficiency was reached of N-amon, it was 72,0 %. During the experiment was removed 88,9 % N-NO2-. Because of the collected results, we can say, the annamox reactor can be sucessfully run in lower temperatures around 16,2 °C, if inhibition caused by temperature is short-term.

the area.
Area for which the sewerage system and wastewater treatment plant being
proposed is Maleč village, which lies in Havlíčkův Brod district, north of Chotěboř.
The benefit of this work is the comprehensive information on the issue of
wastewater removal and subsequent purification plant. The information obtained will
be used in the design of a new sewer system and wastewater treatment plant for the
municipality Malec, which is currently built only rainwater drainage system and
sewage is discharged into the pits and cesspools.

The thesis deals with the project phase of utility services within newly built family homes.
Special attention is paid to the construction of sanitary sewers, water mains and rain water management in urban areas in context of the current legislation. The paper is divided into theoretical and practical part.
The first part focuses on the means and facilities of utility services and on legislation regarding their proposed design and subsequent implementation. The second part concentrates on the construction of particularly selected networks in a specific project. It involves the emerge of new locations within undeveloped areas that closely adjoin the existing community. In this area we find not only a proposed sewerage treatment for wastewater but also water lines for the newly formed 14 building plots. Special attention is paid to the management of rainwater coming from public roads and sidewalks. The construction of the proposed utilities is economically evaluated in the budget costs calculated for building construction.
The conclusion of this paper concentrates on the newly formed building plots that have been pre-engineered for connection to the relevant utilities.

As part of the thesis named Proposal educational project for environmental education at secondary school was elaborated the theme Water as an essential part of life on Earth. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The aim of theoretical part is to define the concept of the project, comparison of historical and contemporary conception of educational project, a description of teaching methods with a focus on teaching with the aid of projects and also on the positives, or risks of teaching with using educational project. An integral part of the theoretical part of the thesis is also description of the role of the teacher in the classroom with the aid of educational projects. For processing the theoretical part are used professional literatures and Internet sources. As methods for processing the theoretical part were used the analysis, comparison and synthesis. In the practical part of the thesis is the aim of the proposal educational project focusing on the theme of water. The part of the practical part is elaborated methodology of work with the created educational project and samples worksheets that will be used as part of an educational project. As a method in practical part of the thesis was used an analysis of school documents. A conclusion together with recommendations for teaching practice will be formulated based on results.
