Hodnocení variability půdních vlastností na základě měření elektrické vodivosti půdy. / Evaluation of soil variability based on measuring the soil electrical conductivity.

Votavová, Eliška January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to verify the new capabilities for mapping variability of soil using measurement platforms mounted on machines for tillage. The chapter Soil describes types of soil in the Czech Republic, the causes of soil variability and the methods of spatial interpolation. The chapter Mapping Spatial Variability of Land focuses on the method of determining the variability of soil properties through direct and indirect methods, selection of locations for collection of soil samples, methods of measuring electrical conductivity and an overview of options for mapping, mainly via on-the-go sensors. The last part of the literary research is entitled Geographic Information System where I have described the purpose and uses of this system in precise farming. The subsequent practical part of the diploma thesis focuses on evaluation of the level of variability of farm land based on measuring of soil conductivity via a galvanic contact method of measuring and its subsequent comparison during use of an EM 38 MK2 soil conductivity probe. The conclusion contains a summary of the thesis and evaluation of the level of agreement between the obtained data files.

Sledování jakosti hovězího masa během zrání

Kavanová, Monika January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis is dealing with the monitoring of quality of beef meat during the process of ageing. In the literary overview the terms beef meat and quality are defined, the consumption of beef meat is stated and the composition and attributes of the beef meat are described. The list of factors that influence the quality of beef meat follows. The factors are divided into intravital and postmortal. The postmortal processes are described more thoroughly; the possibilities and consequences of their abnormal progress and other quality defects are added. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the comparison of chosen parameters of heifer meat (n = 6) of the Aberdeen Angus breed (AA) and Czech Fleckvieh breed (CS). In the cut-out parts Musculus longissimus dorsi (NR) and Musculus adductores (SŠ) the parameters of pH, electrical conductivity and color were observed for eight weeks of aging in the vacuum (1-2 °C). The color was measured spectrofometrically with the application of the CIELAB color space.

Vliv biocharu na nasycenou hydraulickou vodivost kontaminované nivní půdy / Influence of biochar on saturated hydraulic conductivity of contaminated fluvisol

Tomáš, Tomáš January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with the influence of biochar on saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ks) of contaminated fluvisol. Values of Ks are key inputs for modeling of water flow in soils. Contaminated fluvisol and this soil enriched by 2 and also 5% of biochar were studied in this thesis. These differently treated soils ware gauged to find out differences in Ks and changes of Ks time. Biochar improves sorption capacity and other soil properties. The influence of biochar application on Ks it not fully revealed. We used biochar which was made by pyrolysis of stalks of grapevine. Measurements were made in two series since October to December in 2015. For both series, 10 samples, (5 in reference and 5 enriched by biochar) were measured. A total of 20 samples were measured in each series. Every sample was measured for 14 days in 10 time steps (10 recurrent measurements). Physical properties (bulk density, porosity, saturated water content) and particle size analysis using hydrometer method were also measured. Homogeneous soil mixtures of the soils were packed in Kopeckého sampling rings (100 cm3). In first series, 5 reference samples and 5 samples with 2% content of biochar were compared. Saturation of the samples was made gradually and slowly and takes 1 week. Measurement was made by laboratory permeameter (hydraulic gradient about 0.5). For reference samples of first series, mean Ks value was 4,818.10-6 m.s-1. For samples enriched by 5% biochar mean Ks value was 2,254.10-6 m.s-1. For reference of second series, mean Ks value was 6,435.10-6 m.s-1. For samples enriched by 2% biochar mean Ks value was 4,211.10-6 m.s-1. Application of biochar on tested soil decrease Ks in comparison with reference soil. Decrease of Ks value was more distinct for soil enriched 5% of biochar than for soil enriched by 2% of biochar. Application of biochar also decrease coefficient of variation of measured Ks. in most of the time steps. Reference samples exhibited larger differences of Ks among time steps than biochar enriched soils.

Porovnání terénní a laboratorní metody pro měření pH a ORP zemin

Pol, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with measuring pH and ORP soils field and laboratory methods. Met-hods have been tested on more than 300 samples of soils, sediments and substrates. Soi-ls have different soil types, land types and climatic regions. In the theoretical part are summarized types of soil reaction and methods of their determination, information about the redox potential and specific electrolytic conductivity and methods of their determination. In Materials and methods is described sampling, and individual characte-ristics of the samples, and the various methods used for determining pH, ORP and con-ductivity measurement. Obtained data are statistically analyzed, and particular methods are compared.

Optické nelinearity terahertzového záření / Nonlinear interactions of terahertz radiation

Kadlec, Josef January 2020 (has links)
Conductivity of semicoductor nanostructures has its maximum in terahertz spectral range. Linear response is described in reasonable detail. With high intensity light sources it is also needed to be concerned with nonlinear response. In this thesis, there is firstly described already existing quantum model of linear conductivity which is using perturbation theory. This model is then extended by adding another perturbations, getting us quantum model for calculating nonlinear conductivity of arbitrary order. Model is then applied for calculation of third order nonlinear conductivity spectra for cubic nanocrystal. There is described spectra for varying parametres, such as tempera- ture, volume, electron density or scattering rate. In the end it is compared with semiclassical compuptation using Monte-Carlo simu- lation. 1

Zpracování a interpretace výnosových map jako podklad pro agronomické rozhodování

Širůček, Petr January 2014 (has links)
Diploma thesis was focused on data yield map processing, their interpretation and analysis of relations with another spatial data. Aims of the work were identification error values, statistical process yield data and with help statistical methods evaluate correlation between yield map and another spatial data. Methods were based on gathering yield data with combine harvester during two years in corn and malting barley in conditions of farm. With using GIS and predefined tolls were removed error values from yield data and created yield maps. Subsequently, yield maps were analyzed with vegetation index NDVI, digital elevation model (DEM), sensor measurements of soil electrical conductivity and historical yield maps. In results was achieved removing from 11,3 to 13,8 % yield points in average, increasing of average yield from 3,6 to 4,7 % and decreasing of variation coefficient between 7,0 and 8,6 % with comparing original yield data and depending on planting crops during data yield processing. In case of evaluation of relations between yield map and NDVI obtained from satellite remote sensing was achieved moderately correlation by corn (r = 0,44) and malting barley (r = 0,65) in average depending on times of imaging and vegetative phase of the crop. In the evaluation relations between yield maps and DEM and slope was achieved weak and very weak direct and indirect correlation. Likewise, by soil electrical conductivity and yield was achieved very weak to negligible correlation. Conversely, the highest correlation was achieved between yield map and historical yield map (r = 0,63) in average. Obtained information serve as starting point for making agronomy decisions in conditions of particular farm in case of replacement of creating yield maps by prediction of yield based on another spatial data.

Hydrochemické charakteristiky skapové vody v Chýnovské jeskyni / Hydrochemistry of underground waters in Chynov cave

LUTZ, Vojtěch January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of hydrochemical characteristics of groundwater (dripping water) in The Chýnov Cave and the subsequent statistical processing of the results. There were followed three sampling points, which were irregularly distributed in the cave system. Bicarbonates occured as the dominant anions in the dripping water. The dominant cation was calcium. Water can therefore be classified as bicarbonate - calcium. This corresponds with the expectations for The Chýnov cave location. There were also detected enhanced concentrations of nitrates and sulphates at sampling site Štola - this has long-term character and influences the quality of the underground stream of The Chýnov cave, which is directly connected to spring "Rutický" (source of drinking water for the town of Chýnov). Although a protective zone is declared over the whole territory of Rutice water resources, there is increased amount of nitrates and sulphates which probably has anthropogenic character and it comes from applied fertilizer and mineralization processes in arable land in the close surrounding of the National Natural Monument: The Chýnov cave.
