Klasová, Kateřina January 2013 (has links)
Title: Vertical jump comparison of women's volleyball players Objectives: The aim of this work was to coparison of vertical jump, postural stability and body composition of women's volleyball players before and after season 2012/2013. During the season there was a deliberate intervention to develop explosive power. By the comparing the input and output of results we conclude that the training developed or didn't develop explosive power of the lower limbs, and that had an effect on body composition and stability. Methods: The study included 10 women from 2. Volleyball League (n=10 , age = ± 20,6 years, height = ± 172,7 cm, BMI = ± 0,19 kg/cm2 ). For input and output testing, we used three different tests. First, we measured body composition, then postural stability (1) narrow standing with eyes open (the US-OO), (2) narrow standing with eyes closed (the US-ZO), (3) standing on the right lower limb "flamingo test "(the FLA-R), (4) stands on the left lower limb (the FLA-L). Finally, the players performed six types of vertical jump. Jump with the upper limbs (V1 - Countermovement jump free arms) jump without the help of the upper limbs (V2 - Countermovement jump), jump from squatting (V3 - Squat jump), when the whole movement only made up, without countermovement, block jump (V4 - Block), moving one...

Kóšová, Kateřina January 2013 (has links)
TITLE Compensation program for volleyball players OBJECTIVES The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate how much will volleyball players improve their sensomotor functions and symmetry of loading with both halves of the body after special program on balance desks. In comparison of other volleyball players, whose program was designed by their coaches. The other aim of this thesis was to find out a degree of a pain on a 0 to 10 pain scale and the feeling of the ankle instability before and after the six weeks intervention program. METHODS The diploma thesis is a comparative study of the two control groups. In each group was 10 players from volleyball team CZU Prague. The practical part is focused on a diagnosis of sensomotor index and also on a diagnosis of an symmetry index of loading on both halves of the body using diagnostical balance desk MFT S3 CHECK. Subsequently a compensation program was compiled, which contains a group fitness exercises on mechanical balance desks MFT-Trim Disk a MFT-Fit Disk. At the end of this practical part the efficiency of this program described above is evaluated in comparison of the fitness program suggested by coaches. RESULTS Both hypothesis were confirmed. The volleyball players who underwent exercises on balance desks have significantly improved in a measured...

Porovnání vybraných parametrů funkce a tvaru nohy u hráček volejbalu a beachvolejbalu / Comparison of selected parameters of function and shape of the foot in volleyball and beach volleyball women players

Albrechtová, Alice January 2016 (has links)
Title Comparison of selected parameters of function and shape of the foot in volleyball and beach volleyball women players Objectives The goal of this thesis is to find out if there are differences in chosen parameters for competitively playing volleyball and beach volleyball women players. Compare the influence of the sports footwear and hard surface court on the shape and function of the foot with the bare foot on the sand in technically similar sports. Methods The research involved 10 women playing volleyball and 10 women playing beach volleyball. All the players were 19 - 34 years old and all were regularly playing at competitive level. Selected monitored parameters were the quality of perception of sensation in the foot, foot arch shape evaluated by using plantogram and examination postural stability by using the Véle test. The test results were evaluated in both sports separately and then compared with each other. Results The results of this thesis show better readings in all investigated tests in both lower limbs at beach volleyball women players. Only in the case of the shape of the foot arch test on the left foot was the result statistically significant. Other selected parameters in shape and function of beach volleyball women players feet did not show plausible statistical difference....

Akutní vliv statického a dynamického strečinku na výskok / Acute effect of static and dynamic stretching on vertical jump

Dostálová, Anna January 2017 (has links)
Title Acute effect of static and dynamic stretching on vertical jump. Objectives The aim of this thesis is to assess whether it is better to warm up by static or dynamic stretching in order to improve performance in the vertical jump. Methods The first part of this thesis is theoretical and is the basis for measurement, which is described in the second part. The tested set consists of ten women volleyball players. Each player underwent three vertical jump measurements on power plates Kistler, which recorded flight time of the player over the plates. All measurements were evaluated afterwards. Five attempts were recorded in each measurement. Measurements were carried out without stretching, after dynamic stretching and after static stretching. The thesis includes a survey that monitors the perception of the players` performance. Results Results of the total tested set measurement show that inclusion of dynamic stretching during the warm up leads to a slight decline in the physical performance. This decrease presents about 0.92%. Another conclusion of this research is that the inclusion of static stretching to the warm up also results in a slight decrease in the athletic performance. In this case the decrease is about 1.72%. In a direct comparison of these two types of stretching, the inclusion of...

Elektromyografická analýza zapojení svalstva pletence ramenního u volejbalistů / Electromyographic analysis of the shoulder girdle muscles inclusion of volleyball players

Satrapová, Lenka January 2014 (has links)
Thesis title: Electromyographic Analysis of the Shoulder Girdle Muscles Inclusion of Volleyball Players Problem definition: Elite sport is very demanding, not only physically, but also mentally. The demands on the musculoskeletal system are often not compensated, especially in children and junior categories. The only targeted and regular compensation takes place at volleyball by the fitness training in the gym, but not always properly lead and adapted to the individual needs of athletes. The question is whether it is possible to prevent these problems. From my perspective, yes, the inclusion of appropriate compensation exercise in normal training session, which will require little equipment and time and to be functionally connected with volleyball technique that players do not lose the game performance. In the context of the thesis will be compared exercising of the second diagonal PNF for the upper extremity with an elastic resistance and simulated strike without the ball - volley lob, as an alternative fitness of exercises for volleyball players. Objectives: The aim of the dissertation is based on the available literature to outline the issues of kinesiological and biomechanical relationships of the shoulder girdle in sports especially in volleyball, which is a typical representative of the...
