1 ABSTRACT This final thesis is focused on the description of the specific conditions of the current development of regional education in Prague and the Central Bohemia Region. This is particularly true in relation to the use and creation of basic conceptual documents (long- term Plan for Education and the Educational System in the City of Prague and Central Bohemia Region) and other policy materials created for specific regional education in the City of Prague and Central Bohemia Region. The aim of this final thesis is to describe the specific fundamental conditions for the development of regional education in each region, the specific shared conditions of City of Prague and Central Bohemia Region. The final thesis also describes the current functioning of regional education in terms of financing, legislation and some decision-making responsibilities of local governments - municipalities and regions. The aim of this thesis is also to find common requirements and recommendations of a shared approach to solving problems in regional education in the City of Prague and Central Bohemia Region. This thesis focuses on the area of preschool education in the Central Region in connection with the application of the Long-term Plan on Education (DZ) of the Ministry and of the region. Special attention is paid to the context and development of the current problem, which is longer-term unmet demand for placement in kindergarten in some parts of the region. The aim of this paper is to describe the demographic and socioeconomic specifics of the investigated region and their development over the last decade as an environment for pre- school education. The theoretical part of this work presents a comparison of DZ of Ministry of Education from 2015 to 2020 with its corresponding draft document of the Central Bohemian Region (2016). It brings the discussion of selected chapters of the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Training of the Central Region in the European pre-school education. It outlines the evaluation of success by DZ the Central Region in the past in the light of statistical data. The focal point of the research section consists of interpretations of statistical data on the number of received / missed children in preschool education over the past five years and their relation to the Long-term Plan for Education Ministry, respectively. The dissertation work engages in working out a business plan for a business intention of A HOUP s. r. o. company, which is running a café. The work pays attention to the basic terms of business, legal policies in business and new law no. 90/2012col. and also its economic impact on the company itself. Within the frame of business intention, the work concentrates on an assessment of the intention effectiveness through the analysis of the environment and the foundation budget. On the ground of researched indicators the implementation of such intention is recommended and it is classified as effective. In conclusion of this study, the most common business risks are assessed form the point of limiting those.

The diploma thesis Developing Reading Skills in English in Lower Secondary School Pupils (in relation to the development of reading skills in their mother tongue) is focused on the possible ways how to develop reading skills in English and Czech language teaching by means of the coursebooks which are used at lower secondary schools. In the theoretical part there is a description of the reading skills in terms of reading literacy from the theoretical point of view. There is also a description of different kinds of reading strategies and reading purposes. These two aspects lead to reading with comprehension, which is one of the most important part of reading literacy in both languages. There are also described several types of methods and exercises that lead to development of reading skills. At the end of the theoretical part there are mentioned two types of international studies PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) and PIRLS. PISA assesses three key areas of knowledge and skills: reading, mathematical and science literacy in 15-year-old students. In the practical part there is a description of several types of texts, questions and reading skills that are included in the PISA study. I used the discriptions when analyzing texts, questions and reading skills in the coursebooks for the particular class. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to discover if it is possible to use the contents of the real coursebooks used in the eighth grade at lower secondary schools for developing reading skills that are examined in PISA and if the same techniques are used for developing reading skills in both languages if we know that it is possible and even reading in the foreign language is easier when we can transfer our reading skills from one language to another.

Setting up a financial plan for a specific business plan. A detailed description of the process of creating a financial plan that contains all the necessary calculations in connection with the way of financing and the feasibility of the business plan. Defining the basic terms relating to the business plan, in particular its usual structure, the content of this document in the framework of the pre-investment preparation.

Document describes foundation and development of computer training center. It introduces the reader to the development process and the structure of business plan in the beginning. The process starts with SLEPTE analysis, customer research and simple financial analysis. The result of previous three analyses is SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis recommends author to continue in the business plan development. Therefore, documents describe more accurate and detailed analyses specialized to computer professional courses in the region of Brno and surrounding cities. Next, it describes company strategy according to the results of analyses. Marketing and financial parts of the strategy are the most stressed ones. The reader is very deeply familiarized with company product and their price policy. The last pages of document present steps required to successfully implement company strategy.

The main goal of this work is to assemble a Business plan, in order to in order to establish a cafe.. The sub-aim here will then be to describe the SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, porter's model of competitive forces, marketing mix and financial plan.

This thesis is aimed at business plan of further development of the company XY, s.r.o. The theoretical basis for the work include basic concepts related to the focusing on the main idea of the company´s development plan. The analysis section deals with the evaluation of the current problém and includes the identification of key factors in the wider context of the environment, the summary of which is then followed by a suitable strategy for the implementation of future development. In this part, analyzes of External and internal factors are used. The proposals are based on a performer SWOT analysis. This section lists appropriate measures to eliminate risks in the field.

The aim of my Master thesis “Business Plan for the Development of a Small Company“ is to provide a solution to how to develop a micro-company into a successful small company, which will have a real potential to find its stable position on the current market. My Master thesis consists of a theoretical part, problem analysis and my own proposal of the solution. The theoretical part deals with the key findings and solutions, which are further applied in the next part of my work. Analysis is focused on present and future company environment. Concrete recommendations have been formulated on the basis of analysis conclusions. The final proposal is formulated into a complex procedure, which provides the way to reach company development.

The object of this thesis is comparison of business plans of housing construction with passive housing construction in monitoring company. First section summarizes theoretical description of prospectus and passive houses. Another part attends to appreciation of housing construction and surrounding analyse of company. In the third section, there are proposals of realization prospectuses with alternatives of financing this kind of projects. Final part of thesis deals with a question whether realize passive block of flats or common block of flats.
