The subject diploma thesis “Proposal for a bussines strategy” is the formulation of a bussines plan for a concrete small-sized company. Finally this plan will be used as model for a realization of private kindergarten. This work includes a theoretical part, problems analysis with summary of issues relating to legal, constructive conditions for building and functioning, fiscal and economical aspects. Final part of this work is dedicated to overall assessment and expansions possibilities.

The thesis deals with an investment in an information system purchase for a small entreprise acting in the field of manufacturing industry. Possibilities of investment financing are analysed with focus on the Structural funds of the European Union. The most effective way of investment financing is chosen with the help of cost benefit analysis and therefore own suggestions and recommendations are formulated.

This diploma thesis deals with harvesting electrical power from renewable resources - natural raw materials, specifically from biomass, by means of energy producing equipment - biogas station. Theoretical part is focused on possibilities of energy production from renewable resources, analysis of administrative measures connected both with power engineering legislature and limited company establishing. It deals with procedures necessary for implementation of the plan and funding possibilities - grants and long term bank loans. Following analytical part is aimed to particular identification of surroundings, chances and risks connected with proposed design. Prospectus with the objective of establishing limited company BS Cerekvice nad Loučnou, s.r.o. is described in the project; this company will be focused on construction and operation of biogas station, producing electric power and heat.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency of the planned investments in the form of buying a laser cutting machine in a middle sized enterprises engaged in manufacturing industry. There are analyzed the possibilities of financing the investment with a focus on subsidies from EU structural funds. Based on the results of methods of the evaluation of economic efficiency of investment is decided on the implementation and drafted their own proposals and recommendations.

Thesis "Evaluating and Financing an Investment Project in Company Jabara, s.r.o" is divided into three parts. First, evaluating of the overall situation by using basic anlysis. This will be followed by the detection whether the company Jabara, s.r.o. has money enough and other criteria for the development of business investment. At the conclusion appropriate forms of financing the investment will be given.

The master’s thesis is focused on development of the business plan, particularly the proposal for extending production in the small engineering company Unicode M&D Ltd. The first part deals with the theoretical resources needed for drafting. The second part contains analysis of neighbourhood. The last part presents the specific proposal for extanding production in this company.

This thesis defines the theoretical basis essential for building a business plan and simultaneously encompasses the building of a real business plan, which will be focused on the creation of a new company - KK-TECH s.r.o., which will offer complex cleaning services. The key aspect of the thesis is market analysis, which the company will enter, and a marketing and financial plan. I will use primarily data, which have been obtained while studying, and also data, which have been obtained thanks to working in said field.

The present dissertation is the design of a company's business plan, with a view to the new monitoring system, with all the important factors such as economic and technical factors, and legislative changes in the branch are taken into consideration. Furthermore there is the view to the economic standing of the company is also evalua-ted. The business plan is simultaneously considered from a general view of potential implementation of the proposed solution.

The thesis includes business intention of construction company in the form of a feasibility study. Planned company deals with the realization of timber-framed buildings that are built by hand directly on the construction site. The introductory part describes basic knowledge of the investment projects planning. One subchapter shortly describes the timber construction system. In conclusion is an overall assessment of the project feasibility.

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of investment plan for the kindergarten construction, what is a public investment project. The first part of the thesis is the theoretical part, which discusses the theoretical basis of investments, investment plan, investment and public projects, investment decision - making and strategic planning. The theory part also describes the feasibility study and methods of project evaluation. Within the methods of project evaluation, the thesis deals with the Cost – Benefit analysis. The practical part of the thesis evaluates the investment plan named “Nástavba a přístavba mateřské školy Elišky Krásnohorské 15, Brno “, where is also performed the sensitivity analysis and qualitative risk analysis. The evaluation of investment plan for the kindergarten construction is performed in the eCBA application.
