Master's thesis deals with theoretical analysis of tools and methods for staffing employees. It also describes the use of these methods in practice. For this purpose was chosen the company Vigour, which employs specialists working in the field of information technology. The presented methods and tools used in practice are confronted with the described theoretical knowledge and the results of the survey. This was done within the company at two levels - between employees and managers. The aim of confrontation is to identify weaknesses, including proposals for mitigation or elimination.

This diploma thesis deals with running of the financial market and goals of financial consulting, but mostly is about crucial differences in selection, recruitment and breaking new workers in as employees compared to cooperation of entrepreneurs. These differences are shown on a specific example of financial consulting company OVB Allfinanz a.s. The biggest contrasts are: more possibilities for hiring new workers, variability of the selection process, impossibility of introducing directive leadership, the need to offer a goal of the work for the people and also the team vision.

This thesis focuses on the process of recruitment and selection of staff in the catering industry. Czech and foreign professional literature, professional and scientific journals and websites that focus on recruitment and selection of staff are used for the literary research. Final section deals with the evaluation of the current situation on the basis of structured interviews with the owners or managers. There are described jobs in the catering industry and compared competencies of graduates of vocational schools with business requirements. The outcome of the thesis is the proposal of an effective process of recruitment and selection staff in the hospitality industry. This proposal should serve as a basis for the owners or managers who do not have much experience with recruiting and selecting workers in this field of business or for those who do have experience, but fail to choose the right worker for their team.

The objective of the thesis is, based on the conclusions made on the implemented analyses and the information available, to offer the management of the company feedback in the form of suggestions, propositions, and measures which may contribute to the quality of processes regarding the company's personnel, especially with regards to hiring employees. Within this thesis, the current state and quality of personnel marketing, as well as the quality of the hiring process is analyzed in the company SSI Schäfer s.r.o. Subsequently, based on the results gathered from the questionnaire survey, propositions on various changes in the area of personnel marketing are made to the company. These include, for example, providing employee benefits through the Cafeteria system, as well as other suggestions that are likely to contribute to the improvement of the image and reputation of the company as an attractive employer on the job market.

This dissertation is focused on the description, analysis and comparison of the process of recruitment and selection of employees in companies Lesní stavby s.r.o., Nýrsko a Silnice Klatovy a.s., these companies are located in the region Klatovsko. Through the literature research is the theoretical part focused on recruitment and staff selection and on regional context of Pilsen region itself. In the practical part is described, analyzed and compared the system of staff recruitment and selection in selected companies. These data are based on information gathered from interviews with directors and human resources managers of companies stated above. After processing the practical part there were found some shortcomings in the area of human resource management and the suggestions for improvement were suggested. In this thesis we can also find an interpretation of the results of the external conditions of the human resource management

The aim is to characterize and evaluate existing marketing comunication showroom in Pisek, which is located in South Bohemia. This material consequently determines reccomendations to improve it. The teoretical part part focuses on defining the characteristic of marketing, communication and marketing communication goals based on the literature of theoretical knowledge. The second part of this thesis describes about the marketing communication across the company Cag Ltd. On the basis of unstructured interviews is illustrated using graphs and explains. It is proposed specific recommendations to improve the current situation.

Systém výběru a řízení adaptace pracovníků / System of Selection and Management of Adaptation of Employess

The topic of the thesis deals with the selection and adaptation of employees. The main aim is to compile suggestions for the chosen company, which will be used for partial or complete elimination of detected weaknesses in personnel activities. Partial objectives include tasks focused on a literature review, characterizing the company, realizing questionnaire survey and personal interviews with employees, evaluation and display of the acquired information. The thesis has two parts. The theoretical part observes briefly the development of human resources, human resources management and describes personnel activities. More deeply are described personnel activities, which are related to the provision of human resources for the company. This area includes recruitment, selection, employment and adaptation of employees. Currently, the adaptation of employees is among those activities, which are the most neglected and overlooked by companies. In the practical part is introduced the company Trendy, s. r. o. and described its approach to recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. The evaluation of the selection and adaptation process is done by a questionnaire method and personal interviews with employees. In the final part are drafted partial measures, which are designed to improve not only the adaptation process, but also to develop the selection process.
