Prevence posturálních vad v populaci / Prevention of postural defects in the population

Langmajerová, Jana January 2017 (has links)
This dissertation aims at verifying methodology used for somatographic evaluation of the shape and statics of the spine. The potential of the methodology verified lies in increased objectivity of upright body posture evaluation and thereby contributes to the specification of preventative measures for postural defects, and their consequences. Under a cross-sectional pilot study, a non-invasive somatographic method-a diagnostic DPT-3 system designated for spine shape diagnostics-was used to examine selected biomechanical parameters (spinal curves and statics in the sagittal plane in the upright position) in a total of 508 probands. Of this, 326 were school-age children and 182 adults. Among the key parameters monitored were: Cl (depth of cervical lordosis); LI (depth of lumbar lordosis); the sagittal balance of Cl/Ll, and VThk (distance of the peak of the thoracic kyphosis from the ideal verticals-IV). A questionnaire was used to evaluate the level of movement activity in probands and the relation between the occurrence of painful back and headaches and the measurement of biomechanical parameters and movement activity. A total of 81.3 % of children and 94.5 % of adults were found to have deviations from the biomechanically ideal posture model, which signals a postural defect. The values of the Cl (p...

Vliv aktivního cvičení dle konceptu DNS na lokální senzorickou percepci v oblasti hrudní páteře u běžců na lyžích / The effects of active exercise according to the concept of DNS on the local sensory perception in the thoracic spine in cross - country skiers.

Čížková, Karolína January 2015 (has links)
This thesis examines the influence of active exercise according to the concept of the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization on local sensory perception in the mid-thoracic spine in elite athletes - cross-country skiers. It also describes the most common health problems in these athletes and assesses the impact of the integration of active exercise according to the DNS concept into everyday practice of cross-country skiers on the intensity and frequency of pain in cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. It also presents theoretical knowledge about the concept of the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and interdependence of quality of sensory and motor functions. Methods: The study included a total of 20 elite athletes - cross-country skiers aged 17- 27, randomly divided into two groups. The training group integrated into their practice selected three exercises according to the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization targeting segmental motion in the thoracic spine. A total of five measurements were performed on the quality of sensory perception during two months for all athletes. Furthermore, we evaluated the immediate effect of the therapy in the test group through the examination of sensory perception before and immediately after the treatment. At the beginning and at the end of the study each athlete...

Kinematická analýza testů dynamické neuromuskulární stabilizace u osob s vertebrogenním onemocněním / Kinematic analysis dinamic neuromuscular stabilization tests in people with low back pain.

Burešová, Vendula January 2015 (has links)
The main target of this thesis was to detect objective changes in the implementation of four postural locomotor tests DNS and during walking. The movements were recorded using the optical MoCap - the kinematic analysis Qualisys. The particular interest of the investigation was to determine the current stabilization of the spine system in individual subjects aged 25 to 55 years, which was documented by means of the angular deflection of each segment, the flat segment deviation or the shift of the marker in a coordinate system. The measurement results were compared between ten individuals with LBP and ten persons without any difficulty who were placed into the control group. The data were collected using the software QTM and Visual3D and subsequently were statistically processed. A statistically significant difference was observed during walking when comparing the angular deflection of the pelvis to the chest at the rotation and lateroflexion (ř). The significant difference of the pelvis shift toward the chest during flexion and rotation (ř) was showed in a deep squat test, but the difference was not confirmed in lateroflexion (ř). Furthermore, no statistical difference of the lateral deflection of the same segment (pelvis or chest) (cm) in patients with LBP compared to all subjects during the...

Svalová výdrž zadního svalového řetězce při pádlování pažemi u amaterských surfařek / Posterior chain muscle endurance and arm paddling peak power in amateur female surfers

Kopčilová, Michaela January 2019 (has links)
Title: Posterior chain muscle endurance and arm paddling peak power in amateur female surfers Objectives: Thesis is dedicated to female surfing, particularly paddling, as this is an undiscovered area of research. Very few studies have been carried out, which would focus on muscle activity in surfing. None of the studies focused on posterior chain or muscle activity of female surfers while paddling. Not only that the level of competitive surfing is increasing rapidly, as it will be part of Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020, but the recreational surfers are also becoming more literate about surf science and willing to improve their surfing performance by dry land surf specific trainings. Surfing industry represents a worldwide business, where big companies offer sponsorship, which is reasonable motivation for young athletes (M. Mendez-Villanueva & Bishop, 2005). As the number of recreational and competitive female surfers is raising as well, the level of competitive female surfing is increasing (Booth, 2001) and professional female surfers are becoming equal in regards to getting the same amount of prize money in competitions, more research should be dedicated to female surfing. The aim of this thesis was to study association between posterior chain endurance and other variables such as frequency of...

Měření a vyhodnocení síly paravertebrálních svalů v oblasti bederní páteře a svalů dutiny břišní. / Measurement and evaluation force paraxial ray muscles in the area lumbar spine and muscles sinuses coeliac.\\

ŠEBESTA, Karel January 2006 (has links)
The aim of the work was to measure and evaluate the strength of deep stabilizing system (DSS) in connection with correct body posture and, subsequently, to asses the efficiency of the existing known exercise of the lumbar spine area as well as drawing comparison to the exercise recently introduced by doc. PaedDr. Pavel Kolář. The research was carried out on two sample groups of sixth form boys attending elementary school. It was necessary in the first place to detect, test and document correct body posture and, above all, the functionality of the DSS in members of the respected groups. This was followed by six weeks of active exercise according to exercise programme focusing primarily on the lumber spine area. The control group of ten boys carried out exercises based mainly on general principles of correct exercise whereas the experimental group totalling the same number of boys did exercises of DSS and lumbar spine area according to doc. PaedDr. Pavel Kolář. A muscle dynamometer was used to objectify and check the DSM in lumbar spine area. The measuring was than documented, processed and evaluated by means of charts and graphs. The work also comprises an overview of basic principles of lumbar spine stability as well as a questionnaire designed to assess health and lifestyle.\\
