Vliv pohybové a nutriční a nutriční intervence na fyzickou zdatnost a QŽ jedinců v prvním roce po transplantaci ledviny / The effect of physical activity and nutrition interventions on physical fitness and quality of life during the first year after kidney transplantationŠvagrová, Klára January 2013 (has links)
UNIVERZITA KARLOVA V PRAZE FAKULTA TĚLESNÉ VÝCHOVY A SPORTU The effect of physical activity and nutrition interventions on physical fitness and quality of life during the first year after kidney transplantation Abstract of disertation Zpracovala: Mgr. Klára Švagrová Školitel: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, CSc. Školící pracoviště: Laboratoř sportovní motoriky Praha, 2012 ABSTRACT Kidney transplantation is the best known treatment of chronic kidney failure. However, it is often accompanied by a number of health complications. The transplantation itself positively affects both physical fitness and quality of life during the first year after the transplant surgery which are seriously diminished when compared to the healthy population. This improvement can be even enhanced by appropriate physical activity and nutrition interventions otherwise both the physical fitness and quality of life would start declining after the first post-transplant year again. The aim of this study was to confirm a positive effect of a long-term physical activity and nutrition interventions on health-related physical fitness and health-related quality of life in a representative sample of individuals in the first year after the kidney transplantation. At the same time it was fundamental to verify that the experimental trial can be...

Důvody vstupu jedinců do fitness centra / Reasons for entering of individuals into the fitnes centerHrubeš, Jakub January 2012 (has links)
The main theme of this thesis is to find out the reasons which leads different people to enter the fitness centres. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to a brief history of fitness and fitness centres, then the main focus is on the reasons of people to decide to go to a fintess centre. The key words are explained there. Lastly, the system of primary methods while using diagnosis equipment before a person enters a fitness centre is explained. The second part deals with finding out the actual reasons of various people for entering a fitness centre through the method of survey.

Monitorování vlivu jednotlivých složek vyučovací jednotky tělesné výchovy na tělesnou zdatnost dívek 7. třídy ZŠ / Monitoring of influence of individual segments of a teaching unit on physical education on fitness of girls from seventh of elememntary schoolFloriánová, Linda January 2012 (has links)
Title: Monitoring of influence of individual segments of a teaching unit of physical education on fitness of girls from seventh grade of elementary school. Aim: The aim of the empirical part is to monitor the proportional representation of the motoric activities during the time given in the lessons of physical education of the seventh grade girls, and along with the chosen methods of testing of these individuals, to prove or disprove possible influence of the composition of the P.E. lessons on the chosen segments of their fitness. Methods: Various methods were used for testing the considered sample. These were the standardized motoric tests (intense forward bend when sitting, place-jump with legs together, endurance in a pull-up, hand grip) which investigate the chosen segments of the fitness. Another method used was the bioimpedance which measures the parameters of body composition. The data were recollected quantitatively and the results were also processed quantitatively by means of statistic parameters, such as arithmetic mean, variation span and determinative deviation. Results: From the results of the work emerged that as far as the chosen motoric activities and their influence on the chosen segments of the fitness are concerned, during the time given only the segment of flexibility in...

"Dobro" v klasické řecké filosofii a literatuře / Good concept at classical greek philosophy and literatureFleischerová, Andrea January 2012 (has links)
The matter of the Good in classical Greek philosophy and literature is so important and extensive that it can hardly be covered in one document. Therefore the aim of the first part of the thesis is to express both fundamental context and critical attitude towards the concept of the Good in the philosophy of Socrates, Plato and Aristotle. The second part provides a coherent perspective on the development of archaic literature in terms of forming the idea of gods, virtues, good and evil in classical Greek epic and tragedy. Theoretical basis of the thesis relies on the studies of important philosophers, literature historians, religionists and mythologists, whose views are connected systematically or outlined comparatively in corresponding chapters. Both main parts of the thesis are divided into chapters which follow in logical sequence. The thesis is theoretical and corresponds to the assigned topic.

Aktivní životní styl seniorů / Active senior lifestyleDušková, Iveta January 2013 (has links)
Subject: Active senior lifestyle Author's name: Bc. Iveta Dušková Supervizor: profesor Ing. Václav Bunc CSc. Objective: To verify whether biological age of tested seniors is in line with their calendar age. The differnce towards calendar age will be evaluated via ECM/BCM ration based on body content analysis. I will investigate the influence of physical activity on slower ageing physiology and the effect of physical activity on status of net muscle mass and on frequency of civilazation diseases. The goal is to figure out if active lifestyle is available also for seniors. Methods: The core of the work is qualitative and quantitative survey mapping antropometric parameters by bioimpedancy method. The functional values were collected by motorical step est and by handgrip. Further the subjective quality life judgment interview with yes/no options was used for the target senior group. Results: The relationship was found for the bioimpedancy results and the the volume of physical weekly activity (in hours) and level of BMI and pecentage of body fat. Further the realtionship was found for physical activity volume and for the dynamometric and motorical test results. Thjere is a difference between men and women. There was no relationship found for ECM/BCM coefficient and physical activity volume. The type...

Pohybová aktivita pracujících osob se zaměřením na příslušníky policie ČR / The Physical activity of working people focusing member of the Police of Czech republicPLOC, Milan January 2015 (has links)
The submitted diploma thesis deals with the topic: ,,Physical activity of working people focusing on the employees of the Police of the Czech Republic". The definition of terms describing the physical activity is included in the theoretical part of the thesis. The physical activity is one of the factors influencing the heath of the population. The thesis objective is to monitor the physical activity among the employees of the Czech Police. It is evaluated on the basis of the standardized IPAQ-long questionnaire and measurements using Yamax Digiwalker SW-700 pedometers. The detected results of the measured physical activity are subsequently compared with the general recommendations for physical activity.

Komparace dynamických schopností v klasických disciplínách lyžování / Comparison of dynamic ability in nordic skiing's disciplinesKožíšek, Čestmír January 2020 (has links)
Title: A comparison of dynamic abilities in nordic ski disciplines Aim: This dissertation aims to compare the dynamic abilities of cross country skiers and ski jumper in age between 12 to 15. Clarification of whether or not a training process of those two athlete groups has a crucial impact on the development of mentioned abilities compared to the other hobby sports group (target group). Methodology: This dissertation is conceived as empiric-theoretical. It analyses the results of samples to verify the hypothesis. There were three groups consisting of 10 samples (athletes) in total. The samples were tested in horizontal jumps (long jump, triple jump, multiple jumps) and vertical jumps (squat jump, counter movement jump). In all tests, it was decided to use only the best of all three attempts for the results. Findings: Development of dynamic abilities during the training process has a positive impact on their development in general. Both cross country skiers and ski jumpers achieved better results than the target group. Furthermore, ski jumpers performed better than cross country skiers. Keywords: physical health, sport performance, cross country skiing, ski jumping, squat jump (SJ), countermovement jump (CMJ), long jump, triple jump, multiple jumps
