The master’s thesis deals with evaluation of financial statement of the company in the years 2008 – 2010. There are defined theoretical framework, applied strategic and financial analysis and diagnosticated strenghts and weaknesses of financial statement. There are formulated proposals how to solve and improve problematic areas in financial statement of the company.

The Diploma Thesis "Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Water Rescue Services and Proposals to Its Financing" I have chosen, because this issue is very actual and affects a large part of the population. Water Rescue Service cares about the safety and health of people in more than 80 locations in the Czech Republic. Thanks to learning the methods of the financial analysis will be possible in practical part to evaluate the situation in the Water Rescue Service. The main proposal is analysis of the one local group and the other part is presenting the functioning of a few selected groups. All found data will lead to the creation of the proposals and solutions of the financing that will help this organization continue to operate and take care about the health of many people.

Master’s thesis process financial analysis of EDliT Ltd. company for the years 2007 – 2011, using the selected elementary methods, which reflects the development of financial health. There are suggested some new recommendations due to streamline and to improve the functioning of the company. These recommendations are based on the values of the individual indicators.

The subject of my thesis is an analysis of the selected enterprise. Subsequently, ways of improving its situation will be proposed. In my work, I will gradually address all aspects of the company analysis. Working on my thesis, I will use theoretical knowledge gained while studying at the Faculty of Business at VUT in Brno, as well as practical experience that I have accrued working for the company.

The thesis focuses on the financial situation in Stavona, spol. s r.o., a company specializing in the production and sales of plastic fillings. The financial situation is assessed through a set of financial analysis indicators. The main focus is placed on the application of certain methods of financial and strategic analysis, diagnostics of strong and weak aspects of the company’s financial economy and a proposal as to the solution of trouble spots in company finance and strategy management.

The subjekt of the master´s thesis is the comparsion of the financial statements prepared in compliance with Czech accounting legislativ and in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IAS/IFRS). The thesis deals with the differences in reporting according to Czech accounting legislation and IAS/IFRS lected company and subsequently evaluate the impacts on the financial statements.

The diploma thesis deals with assessing financial situation of the company MERLINPLUS spol. s r.o. The thesis includes indexes of financial analysis which are expressed by using time series. If the time series has a specific development trend, the data are aligned with the help of regression analysis and a prediction is set for the following two periods.

V disertační práci popisuji metodu syntézy dipólové anténní řady s definovanou schopností prostorové a spektrální filtrace. Díky prostorové filtraci se směr hlavního laloku a hodnota zisku mění v celém pracovním pásmu jen zanedbatelně. Díky spektrální filtraci je hodnota zisku v pracovním pásmu nejvyšší a mimo toto pásmo nejnižší. Abychom syntetizovali anténní řadu s předepsanými filtračními vlastnostmi, optimalizujeme amplitudy, fáze a rozměry prvků dipólové anténní řady. Abychom počáteční optimalizaci co nejvíce urychlili, předpokládáme při výpočtu hodnot kriteriálních funkcí idealizovanou anténní řadu. Jelikož optimalizace zahrnuje požadavky na směr hlavního laloku, zisk i impedanční přizpůsobení, využíváme k syntéze multi-kriteriální optimalizaci. Optimalizovaná anténní řada byla následně analyzována ve vlnovém simulátoru, aby byl ověřen výsledek syntézy. Syntetizovaná anténní řada byla vyrobena a experimentálně byly ověřeny její vlastnosti.

The main goal of this Diploma thesis is compiling of longterm financial plan for chosen company. This issue is dedicated theese chapters. In theoretical basis is listed theoretical part of financial planning. In analysis of issue and present financial situation is set a few chosen instruments of financial analysis, which evaluate present financial situation of company, Strategic analysis of company will focus on the current situation and the company's potential The last part is custom design solution where is processed longterm financial plan through planning of statements, which is then subjected to a check of financial analysis.
