The text material was analyzed through manifest content analysis. The overall results of the study reveals that the employees' experiences varied during the year. Employees' have had various experiences of information and communication. Throughout the year, employees' have had opportunities to participate and impact decisions. The lack of, among other things, governance and an imbalance between demand and resources has had an effect on the organizational and the social work environment, which has at times led to a sense of stress.  The results also show how the employees' had a positive attitude despite challenges, and experienced a need of change in the organization. The employees' have experienced positive factors such as social support, motivation, increased competence and development both in the professional role and personally.
