The fact that the number of children and young people in association sports has decreased has been a problem for several years, nowadays it is especially martial arts that still struggle with this. The purpose of the work is to investigate how, with information based on theories such as: rhetoric, text and image in collaboration as well as nudging, I can increase the interest and understanding of the importance of martial arts for children among parents, this in order to increase the number of active in martial arts over time. The text design problem is that parents do not understand the benefits of martial arts in children, nor do they have information about what is available. The work therefore works with one of the UN's (UN, Global Goals for Sustainable Development) sustainability goal 3 – health and well-being. The empirical material has been collected through a survey in which parents of children between 7–12 years of age have been asked to participate anonymously, interviews, an environmental analysis and finally an expert panel. The work resulted in two final designs, a digital and a printed version.
