國中導生關係及其相關因素之研究

為瞭解國中學生知覺的導生關係概況、以及導生關係與導師背景變項(性別、年齡)、導師幽默感、導師管教方式等變項的關係,乃以國中學生868人為研究對象,再採用基本資料量表、導師幽默量表、導師管教方式量表、師生關係量表等研究工具,獲取所需資料,再以敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。結果發現:
1. 目前國中學生知覺的導生關係呈中等偏低程度。
2. 性別不同的國中導師,導生關係有顯著差異存在。
3. 年齡不同的國中導師,導生關係有顯著差異存在。
4. 導師幽默感與導生關係間存有顯著正相關的關係。
5. 導師採用不同的管教方式,導生關係有顯著的差異存在。 / 6. 一般生活創造、寬鬆放任的管教方式、及開明權威的管教方式等三個變項,能有效預測女導師的導生關係,預測力為28.2%。
7. 一般生活創造、寬鬆放任的管教方式、開明權威的管教方式及導師年齡「36-40歲」等四個變項,能有效預測男導師的導生關係,預測力為27%。
本研究根據上述研究結果加以討論,並提出數點建議,以供後續相關實務工作及研究的參考。 / The purpose of this study is to understand advisor-student relationship of students’ perception and to explore how advisor-student relationship relates with the background variables of advisors (like sexes and ages), advisors’ sense of humor and the way how advisors discipline students. The data consisted of 868 junior high school students’ questionnaire and was analyzed by the statistic methods: Sense of Humor Scale, the Discipline of Advisors, and Teacher-student Relationship Scale etc. The questionnaire survey used frequency distribution, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Product-moment correlation analysis, and / Multiple regression analysis. According to the data analysis, the study found the following results:
1. The advisor-student relationship of students’ perception is below the average at present.
2. There’s a significant difference on advisor-student relationship when the sexes of advisors are different.
3. There’s a significant difference on advisor-student relationship when the ages of advisors are different.
4. The advisor-student relationship is positively correlated with advisor’ s sense of humor / 5. There’s a significant difference on advisor-student relationship when advisors discipline students in different ways.
6. The three variables- general life creation, advisor’s indulgent discipline, and advisor’s authoritative discipline- can predict the variances in the relationship of female advisors and students , which reached 28.2%.
7. The four variables- general life creation, advisor’s indulgent discipline, advisor’s authoritative discipline, and the age of advisors between 35 to 40- can / predict the variances in the relationship of male advisors and students, which reached 27%.
According to the findings and conclusions above, the study offers some suggestions and references for later researchers.
