Previous issue date: 2017 / O presente trabalho discute a avaliação em larga escala no âmbito municipal, bem como os impactos dos resultados na gestão da avaliação e a possibilidade de uma melhor utilização destes resultados pelos (as) professores (as) da rede de ensino municipal de Itaúna (MG). Neste trabalho, são apontadas algumas indagações a respeito dos efeitos desses resultados na definição e implementação de ações de melhoria da qualidade da educação. Buscou-se investigar as concepções que esses professores reúnem sobre avaliação em larga escala, a forma como utilizam os resultados dessas avaliações, para a elaboração de um guia de análise de resultados que oriente o trabalho de análise e de intervenção. A pesquisa, de natureza aplicada e com abordagem qualitativa, onde realizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica e um estudo de caso, utilizando questionário com professores, gestores e pedagogos escolares da rede pública de ensino do município de Itaúna (MG), para coleta de dados que foram submetidos a uma análise de conteúdo.. É possível afirmar que há uma necessidade de que os gestores promovam uma postura crítico-reflexiva frente às informações contidas nos Boletins Pedagógicos e frente aos resultados das avaliações em larga escala, levantando as causas dos problemas detectados e estabelecendo ações que possam saná-los. / Abstract : This paper discusses a large-scale evaluation at the local scope, as well as the results of the impacts on the management of the evaluation and a possibility of a better evaluation of the results by the teachers of Itaúna's (MG) education network. In this essay, some questions are asked regarding the effects of these results in the definition and implementation of actions to improve the quality of education. It was sought to investigate the conceptions that these teachers gather on large-scale evaluation, how they use the results of these evaluations, for the preparation of a guide that conducts the work of analysis and intervention. The research, of an applied nature and with a qualitative approach, a bibliographic research and a case study were carried out, using a questionnaire with teachers, managers and pedagogues of the public school network in the city of Itaúna, Minas Gerais, for data collection that were submitted to the Bardin Content Analysis (2004). It is possible to affirm that there is a need for managers to promote a critical-reflexive attitude towards the information contained in the Pedagogical Bulletins and the results of large-scale evaluations, raising the causes of the detected problems and establishing actions that can solve them.
