Hoy en día el Perú sigue desarrollándose en el comercio exterior, es aquí donde surge la importancia en mejorar los procesos de trazabilidad en la cadena logística, y de esta manera tener un mejor control, permitiendo así minimizar riesgos y no poner en peligro alguna organización o incluso el mismo país por motivos de mercancías no declaradas.
Es por ello que se brinda una herramienta tecnológica, como el dispositivo electrónico, que contribuirá en los procesos de control y seguridad de carga.
El propósito general de la investigación es conocer el motivo por el cual en el Perú aún no se ha implementado el uso del dispositivo electrónico para el transporte de carga terrestre en el régimen de Tránsito Aduanero Internacional dentro de Sudamérica. En algunos países este tipo de dispositivo electrónico ya es utilizado para la ubicación en tiempo real de las unidades de transporte mediante un sistema de control, el cual permite una correcta trazabilidad en la operación.
En el primer capítulo se detalla el marco teórico, partiendo desde lo general hasta lo específico del tema de investigación. En el segundo capítulo se identificó los segmentos necesarios para el presente trabajo, además se realizó una cantidad de preguntas agrupadas en categorías, las cuales a través de las entrevistas a profundidad permitieron obtener información necesaria para la investigación. Después de obtener las entrevistas de nuestros segmentos seleccionados, en el tercer capítulo se analizó toda la información recopilada, obteniendo resultados por segmento y categoría. En el cuarto capítulo, se presenta la discusión de resultados por cada categoría, y para finalizar se detalla las conclusiones y recomendaciones del tema estudiado / Nowadays, Peru continues to develop in foreign trade, this is where the importance of improving the traceability processes in the logistics chain arises, in this way having a better control, thus minimizing risks and not endangering any organization or even the same country for reasons of unreported goods.
That is why a technological tool is offered, such as the electronic device, which will contribute to the processes of cargo control and security.
The general purpose of the investigation is to know the reason why in Peru has not yet been implemented the use of the electronic device for the transport of land cargo in the International Customs Transit regime within South America. In some countries this type of electronic device is already used for the real-time location of the transport units through a control system, which allows a correct traceability in the operation.
In the first chapter the theoretical framework is detailed, starting from the general to the specific topic of research. In the second chapter the necessary segments for the present work were identified, in addition a number of questions grouped into categories were conducted, which through in-depth interviews allowed obtaining necessary information for the investigation. After obtaining the interviews of our selected segments, in the third chapter all the information collected was analyzed, obtaining results by segment and category. In the fourth chapter, the discussion of results for each category is presented, and finally the conclusions and recommendations of the topic studied are detailed. / Tesis
