A Comparative Study Between the Achievement Test Results and Teacher's Ratings Assigned Latin Americans and Those Received by Anglo Americans of Classes Seven X, Eight X, and Eight Y in a Southwest Texas Junior High School

It is the purpose of this writer to determine if there is any significant difference between the teacher ratings of Latin-Americans and Anglo-Americans and if such differences are found to exist, an attempt will be made to determine the extent to which they prevail.
