Previous issue date: 2016-08-30 / CAPES / The discussion of the relative professional autonomy of the social worker takes on a central role in the discussion of this study. It has the repercussions of the changes in the working world for the professional field as a reference, questioning the double precariousness of professional work and pointing out the strong impact of the current environment for the exercise of relative professional autonomy of the social worker. It has as main objective to analyze the relative autonomy from the relationship between legal and formal parameters of the profession and the objective conditions of professional work. As synthesis articulated the subjective and objective mediations that outline the practical realization in the professional daily work. The investigative study process had as guidance, the critical dialectical method operationalized through a bibliographic and documentary survey in order to learn / see how the relative autonomy is revealed in the legal and formal parameters of the profession and the objective conditions. For this discussion, we analyzed the Code of Professional Ethics and the force Professional Regulation Law and the parameters for operation of Social Workers in Social Welfare Policy and Health. The collected data show that progress is needed on the critical skills and professional assignments, considering the movement of objective reality. In this direction, the critical reading of reality is fundamental and must be transversal to all professional actions. The synthesis of this information enables us to state that the exercise of relative autonomy is mediated three-dimensionally, as its systematization obviate the ethical-political profession projection, the theoretical and methodological direction that guides the critical training and professional intervention, and especially the actions and strategies collectively constructed, which allow qualified professional responses questioning the actual and potential demands of the user population. Affirm the relative autonomy is a resistance component of social work against the backdrop of the neo-conservative offensive of capital. / A discussão da relativa autonomia profissional do/a assistente social assume uma centralidade no debate desse estudo. Tem como referência os rebatimentos das transformações no mundo do trabalho para o campo de atuação profissional, problematizando a dupla precarização do trabalho profissional e, apontand o os fortes impactos da conjuntura atual para o exercício da relativa autonomia profissional do/a assistente social. Apresenta como principal objetivo analisar a relativa autonomia a partir da relação entre parâmetros legais e formais da profissão e as condições objetivas do trabalho profissional. Como síntese, articulou as mediações subjetivas e objetivas que delineiam a efetivação prática no cotidiano de trabalho profissional. O processo investigativo do estudo teve como orientação o método crítico dialético operacionalizado através de um levantamento bibliográfico e documental com a finalidade de apreender/visualizar como a relativa autonomia se revela nos parâmetros legais e formais da profissão e nas condições objetivas. Para subsidiar esta discussão analisou-se o Código de Ética Profissional e a Lei de Regulamentação Profissional vigentes e os Parâmetros para Atuação de Assistentes Sociais na Política de Assistência Social e de Saúde. Os dados coletados evidenciam que é preciso avançar na problematização das competências e atribuições profissionais, considerando o movimento da realidade objetiva. Nesta direção a leitura crítica da realidade é fundamental e precisa ser transversal a todas as ações profissionais. A síntese dessas informações possibilita afirmar que o exercício da relativa autonomia é mediado tridimensionalmente, dado que sua sistematização prescinde da projeção ético -política da profissão, da direção teórico-metodológica que orienta a formação crítica e a intervenção profissional e, sobretudo das ações e estratégias construídas coletivamente que permitem qualificar as respostas profissionais problematizando as demandas reais e potenciais da população usuária. Afirmar a relativa autonomia é um componente de resistência do Serviço Social frente ao cenário da ofensiva neoconservadora do capital.
