Previous issue date: 2015-08-17 / O referido trabalho objetiva analisar aspectos da vida dos adolescentes autores de ato infracional ap?s o cumprimento das Medidas Socioeducativas em Meio Aberto (Liberdade Assistida - LA e Presta??o de Servi?os ? Comunidade - PSC) no munic?pio do Natal/RN em 2010. Desse modo, torna-se necess?rio situar e considerar as determina??es sociohist?ricas que permeiam a vida desses sujeitos, apreciando os aspectos econ?micos, sociais, pol?ticos e hist?ricos. Entendemos que esses sujeitos vivenciam in?meras express?es da Quest?o Social, tais como: aus?ncia de oportunidades, viol?ncia, desemprego, dentre outras. Num contexto de redu??o das a??es do Estado para com o social, e ?nfimo investimento em pol?ticas p?blicas. Desse modo, a referida an?lise buscou apreender tais determina??es na vida desses adolescentes, hoje jovens, e teve como objetivo principal conhecer esses sujeitos e analisar a situa??o familiar, socioecon?mica e pol?tica desses, ap?s o cumprimento das medidas socioeducativas; bem como, apreender a inser??o na vida escolar e no mercado de trabalho. Para tanto, utilizamos como percurso metodol?gico uma pesquisa qualiquantitativa, utilizando como procedimento 4 (quatro) entrevistas semiestruturadas, pesquisa documental, por meio da an?lise de relat?rios, processos e fichas de acompanhamento. O universo da an?lise foram os adolescentes que cumpriram medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto no munic?pio do Natal/RN. A amostra foi de 9 (nove) jovens, que acompanhamos durante o est?gio curricular obrigat?rio, no per?odo da gradua??o em Servi?o Social na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, em 2010. O recorte temporal da pesquisa se deu entre 2010 - 2014. Os resultados desse estudo indicam que a solu??o para os problemas de viol?ncia n?o ? a redu??o da maioridade penal. ? necess?rio que sejam efetivadas a??es no sentido de garantir direitos e de possibilitar outras condi??es de vida as crian?as e adolescentes, pois, na verdade vivenciamos uma tend?ncia ? regress?o de direitos. Apreendemos tamb?m que os jovens entrevistados, apesar de todas as dificuldades, como: baixa escolaridade, acesso ao mercado de trabalho, baixa renda, entre outras, compreendem as Medidas Socioeducativas como um divisor de ?guas nas suas vidas, pois, n?o praticam mais atos il?citos, buscam uma vida melhor, tem sonhos e planos para o futuro, e seguem escrevendo suas hist?rias. / Such work aims to analyze aspects of the lives of adolescents, authors of Infraction, after
completion of the Socio-Educational Measures in Half Open (Probation - LA and Services to the
Community - PSC) in the city of Natal / RN in 2010. Thus, it become necessary to point out and
consider the socio-historical determinations that permeate the lives of these young men, estimating
the economic, social, political and historical aspects. We understand that these individuals
experience numerous expressions of Social Issues, such as lack of opportunities, violence,
unemployment, among others. In the reduction context of the State actions for the social, and
investments negligible in public policies. Thus, the research aimed to identify such determinations
in the lives of adolescents, young people today, and aimed to know these adolescents and analyze
the family situation, socio-economic and political these, after completion of educational measures;
and to evaluate the inclusion in school life and in the labor market. Therefore, we used as a
methodological way the qualiquantitative research, using the procedure of 4 (four) semi-structured
interviews, 9 (nine) analysis processes by configuring so documentary research, through the
analysis of reports, processes and monitoring documents. The universe of analysis went
adolescents who fulfilled socio-educational measures in liberty in the city of Natal / RN. The
sample consisted of nine (9) young, that we follow during the mandatory curricular training, in the
period of graduation in Social Work at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, in 2010.
The time frame of the research took place between 2010 - 2014. The results of this study indicate
that the solution to problems of violence is not the reduction of criminal majority. It is necessary
to take actions in ensuring rights and allow other living conditions to the children and adolescents,
because, in fact, in the society there is a tendency to regression of rights. We learn that, despite
all the difficulties, as: low education, access to the labor market, low income, among others, young
people interviewed understand the Socio-Educational Measures such as a watershed in their lives,
because, they do not practice more illicit acts, they seek a better life, they have dreams and plans
for the future, and they continue writing their histories.
