Previous issue date: 2006-06-27 / The increase of the quantity and the denominations of the non
institutionalized evangelicals churches, in the city of Goiânia, make up to
grow the interest for the investigation of this phenomenon, by the authority
and bureaucracy among the sacred administrators, that are the purpose of this
dissertation. By a not probabilistic research and using interviews and the
Rorschach psicodiagnostic test, with twenty individuals separated in two
groups, we tried to study the sacred administrations personality: one group
with ten leaders of the non institutionalized churches (those with statutes
created by theirs own leaders) and another one with ten leaders of the
institutionalized churches (those with historical and origins). We tried to
verify the reasons to exist churches out of rules, statutes and conventions, and
if would have possibility of establish a relation between leaders personality
and the kind of the administrated church. The organized data were analyzed
under the phenomenological perspective, that is a opened conception without
anyone ideological presuppose, privileging the phenomenon essence. / O grande aumento do número e das denominações das igrejas evangélicas não
institucionalizadas, na cidade de Goiânia, fez despertar o interesse pela
investigação deste fenômeno, através da autoridade e burocratização entre os
administradores do sagrado, que são o objeto desta dissertação. Através de
uma pesquisa não probabilística e utilizando se entrevistas e o teste
psicodiagnóstico Rorschach, com 20 sujeitos divididos em dois grupos,
procurou-se estudar sobre a personalidade dos administradores do sagrado :
um grupo de 10 líderes das igrejas não institucionalizadas (aquelas com
estatutos criados pelos próprios líderes) e outro com 10 líderes das igrejas
institucionalizadas (aquelas com histórico e origem). Buscou-se verificar as
motivações para existirem igrejas distantes das regras, estatutos e convenções
e se haveria possibilidade de se fazer uma relação entre a personalidade dos
líderes e o tipo de igreja administrada. Os dados obtidos foram analisados
dentro da perspectiva fenomenológica, que é uma concepção aberta sem
nenhum pressuposto ideológico, privilegiando a essência do fenômeno.
