[pt] A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo apresentar uma problemática que
se vive fruto dos conflitos entre populações ditas tradicionais e a forma
capitalista de produção do espaço, que carrega consigo, de forma inerente,
contradições associadas ao seu processo de reprodução. Portanto, nesse trabalho
são abordados os múltiplos eventos espaço-temporais frutos da expansão da
produção capitalista do espaço que tensionam a trajetória da Praia do Sono numa
lógica de fora para dentro, tendo como marco a abertura da rodovia Rio-Santos,
que inaugura uma série de tensões na medida em que abre os caminhos para a
territorialização do capital turístico-imobiliário em Paraty. Como consequência
desse histórico de enfrentamento e tensões, percebemos a articulação com outros
atores como elemento fundamental para lidar com os conflitos na Praia do Sono.
Essa articulação amadurece, fortalecendo movimentos que se complementam na
reafirmação do direito ao território e no fortalecimento da autogestão comunitária:
a luta pela organização do turismo de base comunitária e pela conquista e
construção da educação diferenciada. Buscamos evidenciar como esses dois
movimentos de resistência mais recentes se apoiam na dimensão da memória,
acionando as memórias de luta, dos enfrentamentos passados e de resgate e
ressignificação dos saberes-fazeres-territorializados. Ainda, abordamos o
fechamento do território realizado no ano de 2020 durante a pandemia da
Covid-19, explicitando outro movimento de resistência que, embora tenha início,
meio e fim, nos evidencia, junto aos outros, interessantes caminhos para refletir
acerca da complexa relação entre comunidade tradicional, território, atividade
turística, renda e autogestão. A pesquisa evidencia as potencialidades da ação
coletiva no território caiçara da Praia do Sono em tempos passados e presentes,
enquanto, simultaneamente, busca explicitar as tensões e transformações que
expressam a contraditória e permanente luta por uma melhor integração à lógica
de produção capitalista por parte da comunidade, que vem buscando uma melhor
inserção à esse modo de produção à sua maneira, sem abrir mão de sua
tradicionalidade, ainda que ressignificada. Sendo esse, enfim, o grande desafio
que está posto, resultado que temos fruto da mesclagem de todos estes elementos,
como estratégia utilizada pelos sujeitos sociais para se moverem nessa intrincada
teia de relações, que se tornam cada vez mais complexas e de difícil distinção. / [en] This research aims to present a problem that is experienced as a result of
conflicts between traditional populations and the capitalist form of space
production, which inherently carries with it contradictions associated with its
reproduction process.Therefore, in this work we approach the multiple space-time
events resulting from the expansion of the capitalist production of space, which
tension the trajectory of Praia do Sono in an extern logic, having as a milestone
the opening of the Rio-Santos highway, which inaugurates a series of of tensions
as it opens the way for the territorialization of touristic-imobiliary capital in
Paraty. As a consequence of this history of confrontation and tensions, we
perceive articulation with other actors as a fundamental element in dealing with
conflicts in Praia do Sono. This articulation matures, strengthening movements
that complement each other in the reaffirmation of the right to the territory and in
the strengthening of community self-management: the fight for the organization of
community-based tourism and for the conquest and construction of differentiated
education.We want to show how these two more recent resistance movements are
based on the dimension of memory, triggering memories of struggle, of past
confrontations and of rescuing and redefining territorialized know-how.
Furthermore, we address the territory closure movement carried out in 2020
during the Covid-19 pandemic, explaining another resistance movement that,
although it has a beginning, middle and end, show us, along with others,
interesting ways to reflect on the complex relationship between traditional
community, territory, tourist activity, income and self-management. The research
highlights the potential of collective action in the caiçara territory of Praia do
Sono in past and present times, while simultaneously seeking to make explicit the
tensions and transformations that express the contradictory and permanent
struggle for better integration to the logic of capitalist production by the
community , which has been seeking a better insertion into this mode of
production in its own way, without giving up its traditionality, even if re-signified.
This being, finally, the great challenge that is posed, a result that we have as a
result of the merging of all these elements, as a strategy used by social subjects to
move in this intricate web of relationships, which become increasingly complex
and difficult to distinguish.
