The result of an audit of internal communication and organizational climate, both given in a group of workers of an industrial company in Lima. For this we worked with a sample of 100 people belonging to both genders, through whom the presence or absence of an adequate policy of internal communication and relationships are identified, as well as the study focused on analyzing the importance companies for construction and maintenance of an adequate organizational climate. To investigate the satisfaction of the communication from employees to their organization Audit Questionnaire of the Communication and Varona was used to measure the organizational climate Perceptions Questionnaire Organizational Climate Litwin and Stringer was used. Both results concluded that there is an adequate system of internal communication practices and organizational climate in the company. Thus it was found that there is a positive relationship between the two variables. / Tesis
