246731.pdf: 1103826 bytes, checksum: 930aae2b9a8b07a6c76741d7ce39347b (MD5) / Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, exploratório-descritiva que objetivou caracterizar os motivos que dificultam a adesão aos cuidados de Enfermagem no itinerário terapêutico da pessoa com diagnóstico de câncer, em tratamento antiblástico ambulatorial. Foram estabelecidos como objetivos específicos, identificar o itinerário terapêutico e a percepção das pessoas com diagnóstico de câncer sobre o cuidado de Enfermagem e refletir com as enfermeiras da Central de Quimioterapia o desenvolvimento da consulta de Enfermagem. A pesquisa foi realizada em uma Instituição de Saúde, do sul do Brasil, especializada no atendimento oncológico, e foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da referida Instituição. O referencial teórico utilizado foi a Teoria das Relações Interpessoais de Hildegard Peplau, a Teoria do Autocuidado de Dorothéa Orem e os Sistemas de Cuidados à Saúde do antropólogo Arthur Kleinman. A coleta de dados foi realizada no período de outubro de 2006 a junho de 2007. Utilizou-se para o desenvolvimento da mesma a entrevista semi-estruturada, gravada com as pessoas com diagnóstico de câncer em tratamento antiblástico, 06 homens e 07 mulheres e a problematização, com registros em diário de campo com 10 enfermeiras da Central de Quimioterapia. A análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin foi utilizada para análise dos dados categorizados em itinerário terapêutico das pessoas com diagnóstico de câncer; cuidado de Enfermagem e significados do conforto. Os achados deste estudo mostraram que os cuidados de Enfermagem são incorporados parcialmente ao itinerário terapêutico da pessoa com diagnóstico de câncer. Esta incorporação parcial se deve ao fato da sistematização dos cuidados de Enfermagem ser desenvolvida de forma empírica e sem padronização entre os pares. Faz-se, portanto necessário, um movimento pautado na educação permanente para incorporação da sistematização dos cuidados de Enfermagem como filosofia de cuidado e para o cuidado. Este estudo poderá auxiliar no planejamento do cuidado de Enfermagem, na qualidade e eficácia do cuidado e no bem-estar da pessoa com diagnóstico de câncer em tratamento antiblástico.
This research is a descriptive exploratory qualitative study, which objectified to characterize the reasons that make it difficult the adhesion to the Nursing care in the therapeutical itinerary of the person with cancer diagnosis, in ambulatory cytotoxic drugs treatment. We established as specific objective to identify the therapeutical itinerary and the perception of the people with diagnosis of cancer on the Nursing care and to reflect with the nurses of the Central office of Chemotherapy the development of the consultation of Nursing. The research was carried in an Institution of Health, of the south of Brazil, specialized in the oncology attendance and was approved by the ethics committee in search of that institution. The used theoretical referencial was the Theory of the Interpersonal Relations of Hildegard eplau, the Theory of the auto care of Dorothéa Orem and the Systems of Cares to the Health of the anthropologist Arthur Kleinman. For collection of the data half-structuralized interview was used, recorded and the problematic, with registers in daily of field. The content analysis propose by Bardin was used for the analysis of the data. The findings of this study show that the Nursing care is partially incorporated the therapeutical itinerary of the person with cancer diagnosis. This partial incorporation in fact due of the systematization of the Nursing care be developed of empirical form and without standardization between the pairs. One becomes therefore necessary, a movement guide in the permanent education for incorporation of the systematization of the Nursing care as care philosophy and for the care. This study it will be able to assist in the planning of the Nursing care, in the quality and effectiveness of the care, aiming at always well-being of the person with diagnosis of cancer in cytotoxic drugs treatment.
