Perpassando os eixos que compõem esse nível de ensino, são considerados a Literatura, os jogos e as atividades lúdicas. Fundamentado na Psicologia Genética de Jean Piaget, este estudo buscou compreender se a Literatura Infantil e os jogos dramáticos e teatrais, trabalhados de forma planejada e intencional em uma intervenção de pesquisa em Educação Moral, podem contribuir para o desenvolvimento do juízo moral de crianças de 5 a 6 anos. Para alcançar tal objetivo, adotou-se a metodologia da pesquisa-ação, na qual a pesquisadora atuou como observadora-participante, em que além de pesquisadora, tornou-se sujeito e objeto do contexto pesquisado, buscando auxiliar os participantes a transformar suas ações. Fizeram parte deste estudo 17 crianças de 5 a 6 anos, de uma turma de Infantil II, de uma Escola Municipal de Educação Infantil. Segundo o método da pesquisa-ação, o presente trabalho desenvolveu-se dentro de quatro fases: Exploratória (partindo da observação da turma a partir da prática da pesquisadora, na qual se suscitou a preocupação com a problemática a ser estudada e realização de entrevista baseada no método clínico piagetiano, como pré-teste); Principal (elaboração da hipótese de que uma intervenção de pesquisa em Educação Moral que se utilizasse da Literatura Infantil e dos jogos dramáticos e teatrais pudesse auxiliar no desenvolvimento do juízo moral de crianças de 5 a 6 anos, bem como planejamento da intervenção de pesquisa e suas etapas de trabalho); Ação (aplicação da intervenção); Avaliação (análise dos resultados advindos da intervenção e de entrevista clínica, no forma de pós-teste). Running along the axes that make up this level of education, are considered the literature, games and fun activities. Based on the Genetic Psychology of Jean Piaget, this study sought to understand whether the Children's Literature and the dramatic and theatrical games, worked in a planned and intentional in a program of moral education can contribute to the development of moral judgment in children 5-6 years. To achieve this goal, we adopted the methodology of action research in which the researcher acted as a participant - observer, in addition to that researcher, became subject and object of the research context, seeking help participants transform their actions. This study included 17 children 5-6 years of a Child class II, a Municipal Preschool.
