由於傳播、通訊及資訊科技的進步,遠距教學脫離了傳統的函授方式,而逐漸採用電腦網路式的教學方式,隨著教育部的推動,目前電腦網路式的遠距教學在國內的發展己具有雛型。而在實驗階段,國內的學者專家多偏重在技術面及教學面上的研究,較少有管理面的研究。但遠距教學因為學生人數增加,將會使教師的教學負荷增加,相對的,學校對教師的需求也會隨之減少,因而影響到教師參與遠距教學的意願。本研究將先探討遠距教學在管理上所面臨的問題,再對教師的教學負荷做一研究,探討教師教學負荷增加的原因,並對降低遠距教學教師的教學負荷提出一解決方案,以提升教師參與遠距教學的意願。 / Through the advance of dissemination, communication and information technology, the distance learning goes to a new era. The teaching environment is changed from the traditional postal courses to the computer network and the prototype of this environment is established by the support of Minister of Education. In the early stage, most of the research were focus on the technical and teaching skill, but with the increment of enrolled students, the management view become more and more important. How to encourage the instructor to attend this program is the first priority. This paper try to find out the problems of management in the distance learning firstly, and then to issue the solution which can solve the problems raised by the change of teaching load. Hopefully, the answer will promote the attend willing of the instructor.
