A presente Tese busca identificar manifestações, através da produção escrita, que permitam a compreensão do modo como se manifesta a emoção em um ambiente tecnologizado. Por essa razão, a natureza da pesquisa foi de caráter exploratório, de modo a permitir uma visão mais precisa da expressão das relações emocionais em ambiente tecnologizado. A partir das questões iniciais de pesquisa, o estudo aprofundou a realidade identificada, para, em seguida, iniciar um estudo descritivo dessa realidade, através da Teoria da Semiótica das Paixões de Greimas. As práticas freqüentes dos ambientes multimídia possibilitam o surgimento de um novo ser, cujo saber é mobilizado pelos sentimentos e emoções, conforme Damásio, resultando numa ampliação do pensamento. A modernidade, seu desenvolvimento e sua crise e o possível surgimento de uma pós-modernidade têm como um dos seus elementos básicos a forte presença das tecnologias da informação que, atualmente, não mais se reduzem a nichos específicos ou países pioneiros e desenvolvedores, mas são uma realidade mundial, ainda que se possa perceber como mais um fator de diferenciação e distanciamento entre as nações. A análise das falas demonstrou, que certos indivíduos possuem mecanismos semelhantes de manifestações emocionais, expressando sua condição consciencial através da linguagem escrita. Em função disto, ao contrário do que o senso comum afirma, o computador não é impeditivo do desenvolvimento do afeto entre as pessoas. / The present Thesis searchs to identify manifestations, through the written production, that allow the understanding in the way as the learning in a technological environment occurs, making possible the emersion of conscience through exchanges between emotion and cognition as analyzable aspects. From the initial questions of research, the study deepened the identified reality, for, after that, initiating a descriptive study of this reality, through the Semiotic Theory of the Passions from Greimas. The frequent practices of multimedia environments make possible the sprouting of a new cognitive being, whose to knowledge is mobilized by the feelings and emotions, as Damásio, resulting in a magnifying of the thought. Modernity, its development and its crisis and the possible sprouting of a post-modernity have as one of its basic elements the strong presence of the technologies of information that, currently, no longer are reduced to the specific niches or pioneering countries and developers, but are a world-wide reality, even tough it can be realized another factor of differentiation and removal between nations. The analysis of speeches demonstrated that, certain individuais possess similar mechanisms of emotional manifestations throughout their processes of learning, revealing their conscius condition through written language. For that matter, in contrast of that common sense affirms, the computer is not impeditive to the development of affection between people. In colaborative environments, such as: chats, Intranet, list of quarrel, in common development of problems, the presence of affection is possible. According to Maturana, the learning is, therefore, not a process of accumulation from representations of the environment, it is a continuous process of transformation of behavior through successive changes in the nervous system's capacity to synthecize it.
