Previous issue date: 2015-02-23 / A pesquisa tem como objeto de estudo a produção musical de Luiz Gonzaga referente ao ciclo junino. Tal abordagem admitiu um conjunto de elementos de um fenômeno social que se configura na elaboração e difusão de imagens referentes a um exemplo de manifestação cultural “tipicamente” nordestina. Neste recorte, o ciclo junino e seus símbolos recorrentes nas músicas de Luiz Gonzaga ilustrarão os fragmentos construídos e revelados no universo nordestino, para fins de reconstrução e visualização das contribuições do artista para a memória coletiva dos festejos juninos no Nordeste. A pesquisa, portanto, direciona-se numa perspectiva de reconstrução da memória coletiva do ciclo junino por meio da análise das canções de Luiz Gonzaga, uma vez que se configura enquanto registro de um fenômeno sociocultural, além de evidenciar a importância da obra do artista em popularizar elementos de representação social do universo sertanejo, enquanto recorte da Região Nordeste. O debate sobre memória, representação e estudos culturais será norteado pelos trabalhos de Albuquerque Júnior (2009), Austregésilo (2008), Halbwachs (2012), Hall (1997, 2006), Jodelet (2001), Le Goff (2012), Menezes Neto (2007), Megale (1999), Morigi (2002, 2004, 2005), Nora (1993), Pollak (1989,1992) e Thiesen (2013). No âmbito da Ciência da Informação o trabalho focará na discussão conceitual sobre o papel do documento enquanto recurso social por meio dos trabalhos de Barreto (2010), Buckland (1991), Capurro&Hjorland (2007), Dodebei (2011) e Le Coadic (2004). Enquanto método, a pesquisa propõe fazer uma análise documentária das letras de música com ênfase na análise de assunto e análise de domínio, a partir dos pressupostos teóricos e metodológicos da Organização e representação da Informação, destacando as contribuições de Dalhberg (1974), Dias e Naves (2013), Guimarães (2008), Hjorland&Albrechtsen (1995), Novellino (1996), Pinto Molina (1992) e Tennis (2013). Entendendo a música como expressão artística que de alguma forma se materializa em uma inscrição de conhecimento (documento), seus elementos descritivos e temáticos podem ser analisados também pelos fundamentos técnicos e metodológicos da Bibliometria de acordo com Bufrem e Prates (2005) e Santos e Kobashi (2007 e 2009). Assim, essa proposta pretende revelar as representações sociais identificadas nas canções de Luiz Gonzaga, com o propósito de ilustrar o panorama de sua produção musical e as relações com o contexto social e cultural da região. / The present research aims to study the Luiz Gonzaga's musical production that is related to the June's cicle. This approach led to a collection of elements from a social phenomenon that sets the development and dissemination of images referring to an example of a cultural event that is typical from the Northeast. The June's cicle and its recurrent symbols in Luiz Gonzaga's music shows the fragments built and developed in the northeastern universe for reconstruction and visualization of the artist's contributions to the collective memory of the June festivities in the Northeast. The research, therefore, leads to a reconstruction perspective of collective memory in the June's cycle by analyzing his songs, since it records a sociocultural phenomenon. It also highlights the importance of the artist's work in popularizing social representation of elements that belongs to the country universe in the Northeast. The debate about memory, representation and cultural studies will be guided by the work of Albuquerque Júnior (2009), Austregésilo (2008), Halbwachs (2012), Hall (1997, 2006), Jodelet (2001), Le Goff (2012), Menezes Neto (2007), Megale (1999), Morigi (2002, 2004, 2005), Nora (1993), Pollak (1989,1992) and Thiesen (2013). In what concerns to the Information Science, the research will focus on conceptual discussion about the role of documents as a social resource, guided by Barreto (2010), Buckland (1991), Capurro&Hjorland (2007), Dodebei (2011) and Le Coadic (2004). As a method, the research proposes to make a documentary analysis of the lyrics emphasizing subject and domain analysis, from the theoretical and methodological assumptions of the Organization and Information's representation, highlighting the Dalhberg (1974), Dias e Naves (2013), Guimarães (2008), Hjorland&Albrechtsen (1995), Novellino (1996), Pinto Molina (1992) and Tennis' (2013) contributions. Understanding music as artistic expression that somehow is materialized in a knowledge description (document), their descriptive and thematic elements can also be analyzed by technical and methodological foundations of Bibliometrics according to Bufrem and Prates (2005) and also Santos and Kobashi (2007 e 2009). Thus, this proposal aims to reveal the social representations identified in the songs of Luiz Gonzaga, in order to illustrate the background of his musical production and relations with the social and cultural context of the region.
