nÃo hà / Este estudo se insere na linha de EducaÃÃo, CurrÃculo e Ensino, no Eixo Ensino de CiÃncias, do programa de PÃs-graduaÃÃo em EducaÃÃo Brasileira da Universidade Federal do CearÃ-UFC. Trata essencialmente, da contribuiÃÃo das HistÃrias em Quadrinhos como estratÃgia didÃtica na aprendizagem de conceitos cientÃficos na formaÃÃo de professores de ciÃncias do Ensino Fundamental. Teve por objetivo geral analisar a influÃncia das histÃrias em quadrinhos na compreensÃo de conceitos de ciÃncias e como estratÃgia didÃtica na formaÃÃo de professores de ciÃncias dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. A pesquisa caracteriza-se pela abordagem qualitativa, de tipologia descritiva e explicativa. Para coletar os dados, foi aplicado um questionÃrio aos licenciandos do curso de pedagogia de uma universidade pÃblica do estado do CearÃ, alunos da disciplina ensino de ciÃncias, para compreender aspectos pessoais da concepÃÃo desses discentes sobre as HQ e as possibilidades do seu uso na aprendizagem de conceitos cientÃficos e tambÃm, diagnosticar a concepÃÃo prÃvia dos futuros docentes sobre as caracterÃsticas do ecossistema manguezal. Foram realizados dois grupos focais buscando identificar a possÃvel influÃncia da HQ âMangueando: a vida na Lamaâ na concepÃÃo dos licenciandos sobre os conceitos relacionados ao manguezal, o que tambÃm possibilitou conhecer a opiniÃo dos futuros professores acerca da utilizaÃÃo dessa estratÃgia no Ensino Superior. Os dados foram analisados por meio da tÃcnica de anÃlise de conteÃdo fundamentada em Bardin (2011), e ocorreu em trÃs etapas: a prÃ-anÃlise; a exploraÃÃo do material; o tratamento dos resultados obtidos e interpretaÃÃo. Considerando as anÃlises realizadas percebeu-se que a HQ apresenta vÃrios benefÃcios para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, pois mostra os conceitos de forma interessante e lÃdica. No tocante ao ensino de CiÃncias, foram apontadas as vantagens dessa estratÃgia em proporcionar a formaÃÃo de uma consciÃncia crÃtica nos leitores e tambÃm, revelou o potencial desse recurso em apresentar conceitos e atitudes voltados para a preservaÃÃo do meio ambiente. Para o Ensino Superior, os futuros professores declararam ricas as possibilidades de interaÃÃo positiva dessa estratÃgia com a aprendizagem de conceitos cientÃficos. Por fim, esse estudo apontou indÃcios que a HQ: Mangueando: a vida na Lama contribuiu para a ampliaÃÃo da concepÃÃo dos futuros professores sobre as caracterÃsticas do manguezal, que incluiu o solo, a flora e a fauna, o que pode auxiliar na preservaÃÃo deste tÃo valioso ecossistema. / This study is in line Education, Curriculum and Teaching, on Axis of Sciences, the Graduate program in Brazilian Education, Federal University of CearÃ. This essentially the HQ of the contribution as a teaching strategy in learning scientific concepts in the training of elementary school science teachers. Has the objective to analyze the influence of comics in understanding science concepts and as a teaching strategy in the training of science teachers in the early years of elementary school. The research is characterized by qualitative approach, descriptive and explanatory typology. To collect data, a questionnaire was administered to undergraduates pedagogy course of a public university in the state of CearÃ, students of the discipline science education, to understand personal aspects of the design of these students on the HQ and the possibilities of its use in learning of scientific concepts and also diagnose the prior design of future teachers on the characteristics of the mangrove ecosystem. Two focus groups were conducted to identify the possible influence of the comic strip "Mangueando: life in Lama" in the design of undergraduates on the concepts related to mangroves, which also allowed to know the opinion of future teachers about the use of this strategy in Education Superior. Data were analyzed using content analysis based technique Bardin (2011), and took place in three stages: pre-analysis; exploration of the material; the processing of results and interpretation. To analyze the data was chosen category analysis through thematic units of record. Considering the analyzes it can be seen that the HQ has several benefits to the process of teaching and learning, they show the concepts of interesting and entertaining way. Regarding the teaching of science, the advantages of this strategy have been identified to provide the formation of a critical consciousness in readers and also revealed the potential of this resource to introduce concepts and attitudes aimed at preserving the environment. For higher education, student teachers reported positive rich interaction possibilities of this strategy with the learning of scientific concepts. Finally, this study found evidence that the âHQ: Mangueando: life in Lamaâ contributed to the expansion of the design of future teachers about the mangrove characteristics, which included soil, flora and fauna, which can aid in the preservation of this so valuable ecosystem.
