Previous issue date: 18 / Nenhuma / O estudo investiga as Representações do Trabalho entre praticantes de Ginástica Laboral do Centro Universitário Feevale, com o objetivo de identificar como se manifestam as Representações Sociais do trabalho entre praticantes de Ginástica Laboral, caracterizando-se como um estudo de caso. A metodologia adotada utiliza a Sociologia Compreensiva (WEBER, 1999), dentro do paradigma da pesquisa qualitativa, e a leitura e interpretação dos dados é feita através da fenomenologia (SCHÜTZ, in MINAYO, 2000). O grupo pesquisado foi constituído por 8 (oito) colaboradoras do setor de Higienização e os instrumentos utilizados na coleta de dados foram compostos pela entrevista semi-estruturada, grupo focal, observação participante e o diário de campo. O referencial teórico abordou: a questão do trabalho e da reestruturação produtiva, onde promovemos uma discussão referente à centralidade do trabalho (ANTUNES, 2002 e 2003; POCHMANN, 2001) e ao fim do trabalho (GORZ, 1988, 2003 e 2004; OFFE, 1989, 1991); as Representações Soc / This study investigates the Labor Representations among the participants of the Labor Gymnastics group at Centro Universitário Feevale, and it aims at identifying how the Social Representations of Work manifest among the participants, in a study case.
