Previous issue date: 2015-12-14 / In this research we argue that Being and Time by Martin Heidegger involves a constitutional basis of meaning understood as an antepredicative structural horizon of intelligibility. Formed by interlacing of significance die that qualifies the world with the existential structures characteristics of being-in, both compositional instances of the construct being-in-the-world, Heidegger identifies this antepredicative layer as a grounding basis to knowledge from which he sustains his entire theoretical derivation scheme. It comes to think, therefore, the horizon of being-in-the-world as a root of a significance die and intelligibility with which we face when also need to finding a grounding for knowledge, for science. From this we can infer that an epistemology which they choose not impartial in their problematizations, should begin its work already in antepredicative plan of being-in-the-world, because if we ratified Heidegger's philosophical position this horizon represent the primary stronghold of scientific experiments, of the possibility of structuring of the various theories. Karl-Otto Apel, in its confrontation with the Heidegger?s philosophy confirms and takes into account this potential possibility, built an epistemological discussion that has its starting point on the horizon even being-in-the-world. However, the philosopher goes on to present a set of critical objections through which intends to overcome certain reflexive insufficiencies present in the heideggerian approaches. The detachment of a total adhesion to the hermeneutic phenomenology is thus marked by the requirement for the normative instance to provide a justification of the validity of knowledge in a sense which includes not only validation of the theoretical and conceptual thought, of the objective knowledge, but also the meaning and understanding uncovered in antepredicative everyday experience. In search of mechanisms to establish a complementarity between the problem of meaning and validity, Apel will perform thus through transcendental a priori of language, a kind of epistemological welding of such normative instance to the horizon of being-in-the-world. / Nesta investiga??o, defendemos que Ser e Tempo, de Martin Heidegger, comporta uma base constitucional do sentido compreendida como um horizonte estrutural antepredicativo de inteligibilidade. Formada do entrela?amento da matriz de significatividade que qualifica o mundo com as estruturas existenciais caracter?sticas do ser-em, ambas inst?ncias compositivas do constructo ser-no-mundo, Heidegger identifica essa camada antepredicativa como uma base de fundamenta??o para o conhecimento a partir da qual ele sustenta todo seu esquema de deriva??o te?rica. Trata-se de pensar, portanto, o horizonte do ser-no-mundo como a raiz de uma matriz de significatividade e inteligibilidade com a qual nos deparamos tamb?m quando necessitamos encontrar uma fundamenta??o para o conhecimento, para as ci?ncias. A partir disso, podemos inferir que uma epistemologia, que n?o se queira imparcial em suas problematiza??es, deveria come?ar seus trabalhos j? no plano antepredicativo do ser-no-mundo, pois, se ratificamos a posi??o filos?fica heideggeriana, esse horizonte representa o reduto prim?rio das experi?ncias cient?ficas, da possibilidade de estrutura??o das diversas teorias. Karl-Otto Apel, em seu enfrentamento com a filosofia de Heidegger, confirma e leva em considera??o essa possibilidade em potencial, edificando uma discuss?o de cunho epistemol?gico que tem seu ponto de partida no horizonte mesmo do ser-no-mundo. No entanto, o fil?sofo vai al?m ao apresentar um conjunto de obje??es cr?ticas atrav?s das quais pretende superar determinadas insufici?ncias reflexivas presentes nas abordagens heideggerianas. O distanciamento de uma total ades?o ? fenomenologia hermen?utica ? marcado, assim, pela exig?ncia de uma inst?ncia normativa que proporcione uma justifica??o da validade do conhecimento em uma acep??o que inclui a valida??o n?o s? do pensamento te?rico-conceitual, do conhecimento objetivo, mas igualmente do sentido e compreens?o desvelados na experi?ncia cotidiana antepredicativa. Em busca dos mecanismos para estabelecer uma complementariedade entre a problem?tica do sentido e da validade, Apel realizar?, ent?o, atrav?s do a priori transcendental da linguagem, uma esp?cie de soldagem epistemol?gica de tal inst?ncia normativa ao horizonte do ser-no-mundo.
