Previous issue date: 2011-11-11 / The purpose of this essay is the analysis of subjectivity in the corporate environment. This study is based on concepts designed by Michel Foucault and Gilles Deleuze such as the rule of power , governability , control society and modulation and their respective influence on how the individual constitutes itself as a subject. Through the cartographer work the scientific concepts of the theory of management and its evolution, the concept of power by Foucault and Deleuze and the Starbucks Experience were visited, leading to reflections on contemporary methods of human management that demand from the workers a whole material and immaterial dimension in pro of the company performance / Esta dissertação teve como objetivo investigar a subjetividade dentro das corporações sob a ótica dos conceitos de Michel Foucault e Gilles Deleuze, tais como regime de poder , governamentalidade , sociedade de controle e modulação e suas interferências na maneira de o indivíduo se constituir como sujeito. Por meio do trabalho de cartógrafo foram visitados os conceitos científicos de teoria da administração e sua evolução, o conceito de poder para Foucault e Deleuze e o estudo da Experiência Starbucks , que levaram a reflexões sobre os métodos contemporâneos de gestão de pessoas que demandam dos trabalhadores toda uma dimensão material e imaterial, em prol do desempenho da empresa
