El proyecto tiene como objetivo principal la implementación de un modelo de gestión de reúso de activos en las empresas virtuales de la Escuela de Ingeniería de Sistemas y Computación (EISC).
El modelo propuesto ayuda a las pymes de TI a valorar los activos desarrollados por su fábrica de software o QA y reducir re-trabajo en su creación, logrando así una gestión eficiente mediante un catálogo o repositorio que permitan cubrir las necesidades de nuevos proyectos orientados al desarrollo de software y una mejora continua en los procesos de reúso.
La primera fase del proyecto consta del análisis e investigación referente a la NTP-ISO/IEC 12207:2006 y el estándar IEEE 1517:2010, los cuales nos permiten tener un marco de referencia del ciclo de vida del software y el proceso de Reúso de este. La investigación de esta norma corresponde principalmente a los procesos principales del ciclo de vida del software (5.4 Operación, 5.5 Mantenimiento), a sus procesos de apoyo (6.1 Documentación y 6.2 Gestión de la Configuración) y a sus procesos organizativos. También, está orientado a investigar la documentación, funcionalidad y componentes de las aplicaciones desplegadas y activos existentes en las empresas virtuales para evaluar la situación actual de estos.
La segunda fase del proyecto consta en el diseño del Modelo de gestión de Reúso de activos basado en la norma y el estándar antes mencionados, y su implementación sobre la empresa virtual IT Expert, la cual se soporta bajo herramientas tecnológicas que cumplan con la función de repositorio y/o catálogo de activos que están alineadas a las necesidades de la empresa. La validación de este modelo se realiza mediante indicadores que reflejen el resultado del reúso en la empresa, lo cual permite identificar las mejoras en el modelo y su continuidad. / The main objective of the project is the implementation of an asset reuse management model in the virtual companies of the School of Systems and Computation Engineering (EISC).
The proposed model helps IT SMEs to value the assets developed by their software factory or QA and reduce re-work in their creation, thus achieving efficient management through a catalog or repository to cover the needs of new projects oriented to software development and continuous improvement in the reuse processes.
The first phase of the project consists of the analysis and research related to NTP-ISO / IEC 12207: 2006 and the IEEE 1517: 2010 standard, which allow us to have a software life cycle reference framework and the Reuse of this. The investigation of this standard corresponds mainly to the main processes of the software life cycle (5.4 Operation, 5.5 Maintenance), to its support processes (6.1 Documentation and 6.2 Configuration Management) and to its organizational processes. Also, it is oriented to investigate the documentation, functionality and components of the deployed applications and active existing in the virtual companies to evaluate the current situation of these.
The second phase of the project consists of the design of the Asset Reuse Management Model based on the aforementioned ISO and standard and its implementation on the IT Expert virtual company, which is supported by technological tools that fulfill the function of repository and / or asset catalog that are aligned to the needs of the company. The validation of this model is done by indicators that reflect the result of the reuse in the company, which allows to identify the improvements in the model and its continuity.
