romance A casa dos budas ditosos (1999), com o objetivo de examinar as escolhas de
determinadas estratégias enunciativas do escritor João Ubaldo Ribeiro, para compor
subjacente discurso erográfico no tratamento do tema da luxúria: questão fulcral abordada no
texto. Situado no filão da Teoria Literária e caracterizado em nível de pesquisa aplicada, o
estudo focaliza a leitura hermenêutica da criação literária, a fim de comprovar o engajamento
artístico como instrumento de combate às interdições elaboradas pela moral sexual repressiva,
imputada pela normatividade da ideologia burguesa brasileira. Os resultados da leitura
científica obtidos certificam complexo manejo na aplicação de elementos narrativos,
manipulados deliberadamente para elucidar a postura transgressiva do artista, no trato com as
polêmicas questões sexuais. Neste sentido, a excentricidade aplicada à ficção funciona como
poderoso procedimento metalinguístico de orientação da postura leitora necessária à
decifração da diegese. A pesquisa divide-se em três segmentos, preocupados respectivamente
em: levantar marcos referenciais de abordagem dos temas ligados à sexualidade, bem como
das realtivas proibições que derivam; investigar alguns elementos que demonstram engenhosa
elaboração do discurso combativo – implícito na sofisticada trama narrativa – como manifesto
da potencial renitência ubaldiana, diante da consciente força opressora que agencia estratégias
de controle social frente à liberdade sexual na contemporaneidade e, por fim; perscrutar o
jogo de vozes atinentes à autoria e à narração, articulados no texto. / This dissertation focuses on the analysis of some of the various rhetorical devices of the novel
A casa dos budas ditosos (1999), in order to examine the choices of certain declared strategies
of João Ubaldo Ribeiro writer to compose underlying erográfico speech in the treatment of
Lust theme: key issue addressed in the text. Situated in the vein of Literary Theory and
characterized research level applied, the study focuses on the hermeneutic reading of literary
creation, in order to prove the artistic engagement as a fighting tool to prohibitions prepared
by the repressive sexual morality, attributed by the normativity of bourgeois ideology. The
results of scientific reading obtained certify complex management in the application of
narrative elements, deliberately manipulated to elucidate the transgressive attitude of the
artist, in dealing with controversial sexual issues. In this sense, the eccentricity applied to
fiction works as powerful metalinguistic procedure guidance posture reader needed to
decipher the narration. The research is divided into three segments, concerned respectively:
up benchmarks to address the issues related to sexuality, as well as realtivas prohibitions
arising; investigate some elements that demonstrate ingenious elaboration of combative
speech - implicit in sophisticated narrative plot - as manifest reluctance of ubaldiana potential,
given the stranglehold conscious touting strategies of social control against the sexual
freedom in contemporary society and, finally; peer into the game voices relating to authorship
and narration, articulated in the text.
