I detta projekt har jag använt mig av en metod där en studie av referenser har fått lägga grunden till skapandet av en ny publik byggnad i Stockholm. Genom att studera ett antal religiösa byggnader, som jag anser vara goda exempel på rum med andlig arkitektur, har jag försökt identifiera komponenter som skapar andliga rum. Jag använde sedan de kvalitéerna för att skapa en icke-religiös byggnad i en nutida kontext. Detta resulterade i ett skönlitterärt bibliotek i Kungsträdgården, Stockholm. Tillsammans med parken skapar biblioteket en fiktionens värd. Det är en plats för möte, kunskap och andakt, en oas i staden som kontrasterar sig från dess brus. / In this project I have used a method where a study of references served as the basis for creating a new public building in the city. By studying a series of religious structures, as good examples of architecture with spiritual qualities, I have tried to identify components that creates a spiritual atmosphere within a structure. Later, I used these qualities to create a non-religious building in a contemporary context. This resulted in a library for fictional literature in Kungsträdgården, Stockholm. Together with the park, the library becomes a world of fiction. It is a place for meeting, knowledge and spirituality, an oasis that contrasts to and merges with the life in the city.
