In Sweden, we currently have a climate impact significantly higher than the global average and we need to drastically change our travel patterns. This study aims to investigate Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter AB's conditions for developing a mobility house by conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys on tenants' attitudes to such services and to identify barriers and opportunities of existing mobility companies. This should result in key factors that successfully could help Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter in the design of projects concerning the implementation of mobility houses. Seven key factors were identified, of which the most important was a business model that satisfies customer demand. In the case of Eskilstuna Kommunfastigheter, it is necessary to do a thorough market research that highlights the tenants' demand. This study found that the real estate company's tenants are receptive to bike sharing services, which coincides well with the company's current ability to provide mobility services.
