Previous issue date: 2016 / Este estudo foi desenvolvido com o objetivo geral de compreender a relação dinâmica indivíduo-território na promoção do desenvolvimento e das transformações de Tiradentes (MG) desde os anos 1980, ressaltando as fenonomias e sua gestão. Para isto, foram descritos e analisados os caminhos e práticas traçados pela ação de quatro atores no processo demudança para o território de Tiradentes, desde sua inserção no novo território, até o desenvolvimento da sua fenonomia. O uso da história oral temática como principal estratégia de pesquisa foi fundamental para descrever e analisar a trajetória dos atores. Além disto, esta estratégia contribuiu para a criação de uma Análise Pragmática das Organizações e da Gestão, abordagem interdisciplinar envolvendo a Administração e a Sociologia Pragmática Francesa. Os resultados demonstraram que por meio da ligação entre as escalas micro (indivíduo) e macro (território), ligação esta considerada como uma das maiores contribuições científicas deste estudo, o indivíduo transforma o território e o território transforma o indivíduo; e nesta relação dinâmica indivíduo-território, se processam significativas contribuições ao desenvolvimento. Quanto as ações cotidianas dos atores estudados em seus empreendimentos, estas mostraram ser complexas ao apresentar, por um lado, interferências de caráter instrumental e preocupações derivadas do enclave do mercado e, por outro, práticas ligadas com o enclave da fenonomia; o que configura uma gestão especial e particular. O que demonstra que os empreendimentos estudados são, na prática, uma combinação complexa de ambas as visões da realidade. Além disto, o estudo apresentou que estes empreendimentos, por meio da especificidade de seus produtos e serviços, os quais estão ligados à cultura e à história do território, agregam valor a Tiradentes. Assim, a ação dos atores estudados, por meio da sua fenonomia, contribui com a construção e com o progresso do território de Tiradentes, e igualmente, configura boa resposta às políticas públicas, o que demonstra que o território se constrói por meio da conjuntura de ambas as partes. É o macro (políticas públicas) e o micro (indivíduo) que garantem a bonança de Tiradentes.<br> / Abstract :This study has been developed having in mind the main objective of comprehending the subject-territory relationship in the development promotion and transformations occurred in the city of Tiradentes (MG) since 1980's, highlighting the fenonomies and their management. For doing that, it has been described and analysed the manners and practices draw by the action of four different actors in the process of territory changing to Tiradentes, since their insertion into the new territory, until the development of their own fenonomy. It has been used the oral storytelling as main strategy for this research, being fundamental to describe and analyse the paths drawn by each actor. Moreover, this strategy has contributed for the creation of a Pragmatic Analysis of Organizations and Management, an inter-disciplinary approach between Administration and French Pragmatic Sociology. The results have showed that on the behalf of the connection between the micro (subject) and macro (territory) scales, which is considered as of the major contributions of this study, the subject transforms the territory and the territory transforms the subject; moreover, that in this dynamic relationship between subject and territory, significant contributions are made available to the territory development. As regarding to the daily actions of the actors studied in which of their own businesses, they show themselves to be complex in presenting, in one side, interference of instrumental character and concerns raised from the market enclave, and from another side, practices that have been displayed by the fenonomy enclave, thus, setting a particular and special type of management. That demonstrates that the businesses studied are, in a practical level, a complex combination of both visions of reality. Furthermore, this study has presented that those businesses, by the means of the specificity of its products and services, every and each one of them linked to the history and culture of the territory, add value to Tiradentes.Therefore, the action of the studied actors, by the means of their fenonomy, contributes with the construction and with the progress of the territory of Tiradentes, as well as configures a good answer to the public policies, which demonstrates that the territory is built by the means of both sides or visions of development. It is the macro (public policies) and the micro (subjects) which guarantees the welfare in Tiradentes.
