La investigación tiene como objetivo estudiar y comprender el cambio en la transferencia
en un proceso de psicoterapia psicoanalítica breve con una mujer violentada. El estudio
implica la identificación y caracterización de las configuraciones relacionales que surgen
en la relación terapéutica y de los cambios que en ésta se van produciendo. Con este fin,
se realizó un análisis temático de aquellos contenidos emergentes de la relación entre la
consultante y el terapeuta, los cuales fueron organizados en tres categorías (Agencia y
determinación, Cercanía y pertenencia e Integración y autonomía) y una matriz común
desde la cual se despliegan, y cuyo punto de origen es la necesidad de reconocimiento.
Los hallazgos dan cuenta de los cambios y transformaciones en las configuraciones
relacionales que organizan la relación transferencial a lo largo del proceso, los cuales se
manifiestan a nivel de representaciones mentales y en la dinámica relacional. En las
configuraciones relacionales resulta visible la influencia de variables socioculturales / The research aims to study and understand the change in transference in a brief
psychoanalytic psychotherapy process with a violent woman. The proposal implies the
identification and characterization of the relational configurations that arise in the
therapeutic relationship and the changes that occur therein. For this purpose, a thematic
analysis of those emerging contents of the relationship between the consultant and the
therapist was carried out, and were organized into three categories (Agency and
determination, Closeness and belonging, Integration and autonomy) that have a common
matrix from which they are deployed, and which start point is the recognition neediness.
Findings realize the changes and transformations in the relational configurations that
organize transference along the process, which evidence at a mental representation level
